Use an easier alternative there are many!
You need to send photos of your passport, bills and a photo and if the app bot fails to agree you are a real person there is no way for you to reclaim any of the money you have collected. I'm out of pocket by £105 - zero stars review from me. They have my money and all my personal details. Is this a scam??

No mention of a tip.
My wife and I wanted to send some money to our friends for their wedding gift. We were given the free Collctiv.com website to use. The donation of £50 cost us £56.25 because that included £6.25 tip. There was no mention of a tip . A tip is for good service not for robbery.

Great little app ideal for birthday collections for work colleagues if your team are spread out over the country
Also a nice little touch people can leave messages when they deposit money so you can also arrange a card with every ones birthday wishes

This company refused to cooperate with…
This company refused to cooperate with my bank as they needed proof of funds coming from them. I emailed support and they told me that they can’t help so the withdrawal was to be reversed to my collectiv account which I had deactivated as I had reached my goal. So the whole £450 I had raised for cancer research has been returned to donators. Very unhappy with Collectiv and their support team.

Hi Muhammad, sorry to hear this was your experience. If a withdrawal is returned to us it's because it wasn't accepted by the bank, there's nothing that can be done about it. In that instance you'd need to add a different bank account. But if an account is found to be in breach of our terms and conditions it will be closed down and the funds returned to the payees. Sorry we're not the platform for you currently, wishing you all the best!

Collctv: easy to use & great customer service
The Collctv app is really easy to use. It took less than 5 mins to set-up a leaving collection for two colleagues. The URL is simply then shared via email or anyway you want. You see when contributions are added and can send money to people if they buy presents on your behalf. There are FAQs for first time users, which I would urge you to check out when withdrawing funds. I didn't and made a mistake (my fault) but happily the customer service is first-rate. Within a few hours I had a reply from a real person and within a day or two the problem was solved. Thanks to Josh, Sam and Adam. You were all brilliant. Would recommend.

Very easy to use
Very easy to use - setting up the pot, sharing links to people to contribute to it and sending the funds raised to my bank account. I was made aware of any (reasonable) costs incurred by withdrawing it to my bank account! Thank you!🤩

Great app for collections at work
Great app for collections at work, so easy to use. I had lots of positive feedback from my colleagues on how quick and simple it is, as many people don’t carry cash now.
I even printed off the QR code and put it in the leaving card so when people signed it they had easy access to contribute to the funds.
