Highly recommended
Had the pleasure of using Collingwood for our eldest Daughters learner insurance and was very impressed with the clarity of information regarding the cover, helpfulness of the staff & overall standard of service, so when it came to looking for our youngest daughter there was only one place to go. Mistake buying car insurance
I made an error when buying my son insurance and put it under my name! I called Collingwood to rectify my mistake the 1st operator wasn't very friendly and knowledgeable however when I called back Nick took his time and fixed my issue with professionalism and compassion, he was friendly and very helpful.

First Class Customer Service From Jake
I've just taken a policy out for my son with Collingwood, and I couldn't recommend them more. I had the most helpful customer service agent called Jake, who was incredible!
He was very patient; taking the time to answer all my questions and even explained things in multiple ways to make sure I understood everything.
Extremely helpful; it honestly felt like he couldn't do enough for me.
I just wish there was 100 Jakes in every call centre up and down the country, it would make everyone's life so much easier! I took the policy out with Collingwood because of him and more companies need to realise that they need to reward and hold onto staff like Jake. Thank you!
