Nick was lovely on the phone my mum sorted all of my insurance for my new car out for me as I’ve just turned 18 and it was my first time getting insurance so wasn’t sure what I was doing the whole call lasted about 20 minutes and now I’m a fully insured Lerner driver 😁

Easy to call and find out stuff
This company is doing well. The call was a swerved promptly by Rachel and the insurance was explained extremely well and all questions were answered . Websites are fine but I want yo know how easy it is to contact a company when I most need them. FAB phone support and no AI or robots to mess the system up

Bought policy for my daughter in…
Bought policy for my daughter in October '25 as provisional driver. Now, 7th of July she passed her test, so I called Collingwood to change/extend her policy for full driving licence. First what i did heard it was that I will be charged £40.00 for policy cancellation.... There was not even conversation or agent dont even mention that this £40 will be removed if I take full licence policy with them... For me, it is a scam and fraud. They said : you agreed to the policy when you sign paperwork.. But still, this is not cancellation, I didn't call them in the middle of the policy and ask to cancel insurance which was paid already in full..
They said that they will collect this money anyway, because i did accept agreement..
Avoid this fraudsters and thieves... I know that when you looking for cheap insurance for your kid then you don't read small prints, but this wrong all the way...
I will contact with bank to block that payment as fraud or misconduct information and I hope that bank will agree with me. even if not, i will post this message everywhere to warn peoples of them..
