Purchased this to mark some stainless steel parts I sell online with an identification and logo.
It has surpassed all my expectations, the results are very professional looking and I cant believe how quick it engraves and is very easy to set up and use.
It is worthwhile watching the YouTube videos about this product as you can get some good tips.
Delivery to the UK did take a while but well worth the wait.

Dislikes- reason for 3 stars- 110v is a 2 prong with an external ground. I would like to see a 3 prong plugin. The bed holes and center of d80 chuck don’t match up to the center of galvo head. Durning machining of the bed this could be adjusted easily. The safety glasses are questionable with no rating information or certification labels. My 200mm lens had zero protection other than a plastic bag. Focus was extremely off from the handwritten information in the book. Would like to see a better motor for the tower vey loud and questionable if it will last through the sound of it. If the motor does stop functioning for the tower, it is going to be miserable to crank it up or down with the manual adjustment.

Likes- constructed well, sturdy platform, works great, fast, accurate engravings, I overall like the machine a lot., however, there are places for improvement like for everyone and everything in life.

The products ComMarker supply are excellent, and there customer service department go above and beyond that of other companies I have dealt with. I cannot recommend ComMarker enough.

Seems like a really good machine (B4, 20w). I'm very new so still learning but it was easy to setup and make my first job!
Ezycad2 drivers seem to keep dropping off which is annoying. Hopefully a fix soon.

Purchased the B4 ComMarker from Amazon, and some accessories straight from ComMarker. Yes, it was a small fortune to me, so I was very anxious about shipping. Reached out several times with questions and updates. Customer service was extremely patient and helpful. All arrived well before expected and undamaged. Still getting to know the machine as there is quite a learning curve, but so far it seems great.

Incredible machine. I definitely recommend getting this. Worth every penny. I regret not buying it earlier when there was a sale going on

So far I got to say the support was great when I received a damaged product. Getting me a new one was super fast. As I am still learning to use the fiber but the laser itself seems to work just fine. I have not had any issues and thoroughly enjoying my experience so far. Having a US based way to go online and make a purchase this seems to be a really great deal.

I have not received my Fiber Laser yet, though you said it should be shipped the 18 of February. But it seems that is not even shipped by this day.

Delivery time on the website approx. 5 days. So we ordered and it took a week for it to be shipped. According to the email, shipping now takes 3-4 weeks.
Here you are being taken for a ride and only get excuses in response. Unfortunately there is no transparency towards the customer.
Let's see if the laser actually arrives or if we have to get our money back.

Addendum: requests for help are suddenly no longer being answered. No response received even after asking several times. Very poor customer service.

Com Marker has a great product with B4 laser. I was very Suprise at the size of the 30 watt laser. I would have two people for moving the box and set up next time. It was package well so no damage was done to laser during shipping. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the driver for ezcad did not load. I was planning on running Lightburn so I went ahead and download it. So no real problem. And yes I would buy it again.

I emailed an enquiry before purchasing and I got a very good quick reply. I asked 2 more questions which were ignored. I wrote again saying that I was surprised that there was no reply, this was also ignored. Not good enough.

Shipping caused a lil damage just 2 panels distorted holes fully through 2 layers of cardboard
But it all works awesome
