CONCIMAX
Booked what looked like a taxi website but ended up subscribing to some CONCIMAX thing. Taxi request was unsuccessful which is bizarre considering there are dozens of companies in the area. Cancelled the subscription which signs you up with no warning or choice. Now they keep taking money out of my account. I keep asking for refunds and unsubscribing but this keeps happening. Requested they delete all my data under GDPR. AVOID.

Like many other reviewers, I have been caught out by the fact that I booked a table at a restaurant which uses this service. I was horrified to see today that my credit card has been charged 49GBP for a 'subscription' that I neither wanted nor needed. This company is operating a dishonest scam: avoid.

Concierge scam
Booking a chain restaurant this website popped up as a booking service which I think was linked to the restaurant. Somehow linked to open table. 4 days later they were charging me £49 for a subscription.
Difficult to stop the subscription but thankfully my back picked up the scam. Be careful.

Classica piattaforma truffa. Ho prenotato un taxi, è arrivata conferma con un numero del tassista inesistente e il taxi non è mai arrivato. Il numero dell'assistenza sempre irraggiungibile senza nemmeno squillare. Mi sono stati addebitati 40 euro poi per un abbonamento mai richiesto.

They charge you subscription fee without your awareness. And then, they promise you refund and cancellation. But nothing happened. They don't answer email either calls.
I reported it to my bank.
Expensive life lesson, don't use.

A éviter !!!
J'ai fait appel à Concicast pour la première fois lors d'un passage à Saint-Malo, ayant besoin d'un taxi.
J'ai reçu un premier message de confirmation avec un
temps estimé de traitement de 15 minutes...puis un autre...puis un autre...pendant une heure...pour finalement ne pas avoir de véhicule réservé à l'heure prévue.
J'ai reçu un appel alors que j'étais déjà dans un taxi, pris à la sortie de la gare.
J'ai ensuite reçu 5 appels le lendemain, alors que j'étais déjà loin de Saint-Malo...J'ai demandé à me contacter par e-mail uniquement...pas de réponse.
Les taxis de Saint-Malo m'ont dit qu'ils ont rencontré beaucoup de clients qui ont eu le même problème avec Concicast, que je n'utiliserai bien sûr plusjamais et ne recommanderai surtout pas.

Contacted them and Jane phoned me and she resolved the issue to my satisfaction and arranged for a full refund of my subscription

Avoid booking anything through these guys
Basically same charge as other negative reports. They signed me up for monthly subscription, no communication week before to "remind" me. Fortunately I had already blocked them following an unsuccessful taxi booking.
Now let's see if their customer service is suddenly excellent as
I now await the same superlative response reserved for all negative reviews....
