Chiamati al telefono rispondono assicurando che risolveranno il problema ma ad oggi, dopo 1 mese di contestazioni via mail e telefono non è cambiatop nulla

Un petit problème
Un petit problème, j’ai fait une demande pour un transport a la gare de la Pauline, le tarif annoncé était de 10 a 20 €.
Le chauffeur m’a demandé 20€ en disant qu’il avait accepté une demande transport a 25 € pour la gare de Hyeres qui est plus proche.
J’ai du payer 20€ , je ne trouve pas cela normal.

Ils vous engagent sur un abonnement moyen de 49,90€ dès qu'un seul service est demandé via leur site (le moins cher étant 29,90€) puis si vous souhaitez récupérer vos factures et seulement vos factures, vous ne recevez aucune réponse de leur part. Les appeler est absolument inutile car vous aurez des réponses banales comme "je vais analyser votre dossier", "je remonte votre dossier" et etc, pour vous faire raccrocher puis constater que jamais rien n'évoluera. Comme mon propre cas depuis avril 2025.

Misleading Service
Like many others, I was trying to book a taxi in Mallorca as there were 7 of us and we found it hard to get taxis. The taxi confirmation ended up taking too long but there was no option to cancel the request so I emailed asking them to cancel it. Unbeknownst to me, I was signed up to some sort of subscription service and have tried reaching out multiple times to cancel and get a refund but I’m being ignored. Very misleading and deceiving service.

The worst service ever
The worst service ever, they didn’t sent the taxi and I almost lost the flight and after 2 weeks they tried to take the money out from my account, fortunately I blocked them in time. Be aware and don’t share card with them.
Update: Concierge service does not existing, all phone number provided by Concicast are useless, one not working and one no one respond. What i wonder is why you tried to take out money from my card if no service was provided?

I attempted to book a taxi in Mallorca to the airport, but my request was canceled because there were no taxis available. This company took £44 from my account for asking them to book me a taxi, which never happened. I feel that their advertising is deceptive and that they are claiming money under false pretences of being a so-called "concierge" service and getting unwitting subscribers to sign up for a monthly subscription fee. Their terms and conditions say I can get my money back, but when I filled in the relevant requests online and asked to unsubscribe I received no confirmation and no money back, despite their "guarantee" that they would do so. No doubt someone will say underneath that I just need to ring them blah, blah, blah, but I have no confidence in them and will pursue the money through chargeback with my bank

Ce sont des voleurs
Ce sont des voleurs, j’ai retenu pour un taxi pour une de mes amis une personne âgée Mais elle a attendu trois heures devant sa porte. Le taxi n’est jamais venu. Nous avons appelé au moins six fois .
