C’est une arnaque. J’ai utilisé pour réserver un restaurant qui était fermé (je l’ai su en les appelant) et me suis retrouvé avec un abonnement a 49€ pour un service de conciergerie.
J’ai du faire opposition sur ma carte.
Je les ai bloqués aussi en sms / email car ils me spamaient toute la journée.
Les avis Trustpilot a 5 etoiles sont fake aussi.

Fake website, we were in Rome looking for a taxi service and came across this website, it was offering at 30% less price, so tried to book, when they asked to verify card with 0.5 euros, I did. Then the cab didn't show up, the helpline didn't answer and 2 days later, they tried to charge me 60 dollars. Scammers

Scam disguised as taxi booking
Scam disguised as taxi booking – hidden €49.90/month subscription :
I booked what I thought was a simple taxi ride through Concicast. They asked me to validate my credit card with a €0.01 payment, supposedly to secure the booking. At no point was there any clear mention of a subscription or recurring charges.
Later, I discovered that they had enrolled me, without consent, into a so-called “concierge membership” at €49.90 per month. This is nothing but a deceptive dark pattern: presenting a service (a taxi booking) and then hiding a subscription in the background.
• There was no explicit agreement on my part to join any subscription.
• They only reveal the €49.90/month fee after the fact, buried in emails.
• Their customer service is virtually unreachable, making it almost impossible to cancel.
This is a textbook case of a misleading and unfair commercial practice, violating EU consumer protection laws. I am now requesting an immediate refund and reporting this company to the European Consumer Centre and national authorities.
⚠️ Be warned: this site is not a taxi booking service, it is a subscription trap.

I searched online for “taxi Nerja” late at night and came across this website, which appeared to be a legitimate taxi service. I entered the address for pick-up and was then prompted to provide my banking information. No taxi ever arrived. Shortly afterward, I discovered that I had inadvertently been enrolled in a subscription costing €50 per month.
I immediately contacted the company’s support team to cancel the subscription and request a proper cancellation and confirmation that I will not be charged.
However, I have not received a response to my many emails after three days. When calling the listed phone number, I reached someone who told me in perfect English that they "only spoke French" and said an English-speaking representative would return my call — which they never did.
If I do not receive a response soon, I intend to report this company to the relevant authorities. If someone from this company is reading this, please contact me immediately.
