I expected a simple taxi booking, entered my card details, and they immediately charged me €50 without ever providing the service.
To make things worse, there is no option to cancel a subscription through their website, and they completely ignore all emails. I had to contact my bank directly to block the charges.

Reserve un taxi que no llego y me llegó un cargo de 49,90€ de una suscripción que no hice. De momento me dicen que me devuelven el dinero pero todavía no se ha efectuado y que me van a mandar un email corroborandolo y sigo esperando. Fraud and unethical company
My wife and I asked their service to get a taxi on July 9th 2025. We believed it was a taxi service, we did not realized it was then an abo.
The taxi never ever arrived.
Few months later, we realized they charged our credit card 49.90€ per month.
We are trying to stop it, but this is a extremely difficult process. Even the functionality to cancel abo is not working on their website.
We are now looking at legal advise in UK to protect our rights.
