My son's oculus was sent for repair through the insurance, as the clips that hold the rubber on have snapped also one of the co trolleys was smashed needs a replacement it came back been repaired and tested, the rubber still do t connect and only one controller no replacement. How is this a repair please explain .

My PS4 console and controller were picked up and within less than 5 days they were back all fixed and working fine, however due to NOT getting an email on a specific time of collection like I have done previously the driver picking the item was extremely rude and disrespectful because I was 60 seconds down the road and hadn’t got the items ready for when he showed up, and he was prepared to leave and not take the items and I had to show him I wasn’t given a specific time for pick up, that is the only issue I’ve ever had with the Console Doctor having DPD collecting items

Fixed my sons PS5 quickly and has been working good since, very happy with service. Dropped off at DPD drop off point on Saturday afternoon, had it delivered back to me on Wednesday afternoon. Would rate above 5 star if could.

Everything went very smoothly, regular updates. DPD picked it up on a monday and delivered it pack on a friday, texted prior with a time frame. PS5 was well taken care of a packaged very well both trips. More than happy with out experience
