Fantastic service

Domistic and general have used this company many, many times to repair my consoles, and controllers. I pay warrenty on all of my consoles (xbox 1, playstation 4, playstation 5 and more). The reason why i pay is simple. When something goes wrong they fix it or replace it. On this occasion they repaired my controller on the same day they recieved (via dpd) and shipped it back. If that is beatable anyway else then the impossible is possible but logistaclly only on par. Will definatly reccomend.

Sent away an xbox S/X for repair.
Needed a new hdmi port.
It was installed fixed and I had my xbox back 3 days later. Didn't expect it to be a quick repair but was generally shocked how quick it took. Amazing service 10/10

Great at collecting and returning the faulty console but never returned the controller or report what the fault was with the controller when i called and asked about my missing controller I was told it after chasing 4 hours later that it had been returned However they rectified the problem and have sent out a replacement controller thank you

I was kept up to date from the moment I applied for the item to be fixed through my insurance, console doctor received it quickly and fixed it with in record time, I called to ask what the problem with the item was and a lovely lady told me straight away what had been done to it etc. I received it back the day after they had fixed it. My Ps5 went for repair as it wasn’t reading discs but when it came back not only did it still not read but it chewed my game up and ruined it. Domestic and General sent it to them again (not my choice) to be fixed and this time they replaced the drive and the fan according to Domestic and General and it does now work but I have lost my game. Avoid Console Doctor if you can. Very disappointed.
