good company
I called the control room on Monday & they had the locksmith come out the next day as I had lost my car key and needed a replacement. Unfortunately he was unable to complete the job on the day but did return the following day to get it done. Thank you to the operators and the locksmith Lewis who was very friendly and sorted out the replacement key and for keeping me updated from start to go

Absolutely amazing service, from the point of talking to the control room to the lovely chap attending the call out!
I was feeling extremely annoyed with myself for accidently locking my keys in my car and unknown at the time but the spare keys also inside and initially was worried by the cost, but I cannot fault the service & work!
I had locked my keys in my car at 5:15pm on a Saturday after being in a rush to leave work, and by 9:22pm we were in! After phoning various numbers and let down by my breakdown insurance I was able to make a claim through my key assist from my car insurance, which led on to being passed over to this amazing company and then a third party coming out to carry out the work!
Which wasn't easy as my door barrel was already broken/my keys have never worked in it, which hindered the lock smith being able to pick the lock, however after much hard effort and trying the doors from the inside using air bags, he was able to unlock the car by pressing the buttons on my key inside my bag with an extendable rode!
Honestly a brilliant result and at no point did he show to give up!

Amazing Service
Amazing service and support. My key blade snapped off and was unrepairable, and within two days of reporting the issue a locksmith came to my house, cut me a new key and fob and made sure my other keys were still useable as well in an emergency. I was kept up to date on the entire process, and when there was a small delay, I was advised of it. Really friendly locksmith, and helpful customer service team.

Excellent service
Excellent service, I lost my emergency blade and my car battery had died. The locksmith came out within two days of reporting it and even offered to attend at 8pm the day before. The locksmith was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this service.
