We have had the unfortunate task of dealing with S & G who have been dealing with one of our fleet vehicle repairs. The accident took place in July and as of the 8th September still waiting for them to authorise. I have found their customer care disgusting communication well there is none if I had not chased today would still be none the wiser. Hope you never have to deal with them

Lost my car keys, they came out within 10 days to give me new keys, only took him about an hour and he even called me when he was done so I could come and fetch the keys as if left my car at my friends house.

The contractor had excellent communication skills and was very polite and helpful. He was very proficient and professional and took the time to ring his company to sort out a misunderstanding.

The guy who came to replace key was great was chatty and friendly. Didn't take long at all. Would definitely recommend.

I phoned up about a replacement key on the Monday as I had lost it, The lock Smith came out from RPM auto keys the Wednesday morning and was done within half hour or so. Very quick and professional. Nice and polite. Brilliant service.

Gentleman called Peter was out earlier than expected from Soter/Two trees...very prompt, professional and courteous. Literally had my replacement key in the time it took to make a cup of tea. Great service and top bloke!

Great service really friendly and helpful

Took a while to get the necessary part (not surprising though as I have a pig of a car).
As soon as the part arrived, I was contacted to confirm this and to tell me when to expect the locksmith. All very polite and reassuring on the phone.
The locksmith, Peter, was lovely! Phoned me to let me know he was on his way and went above and beyond to ensure my key was fully working, even though it was raining floods.

Coplus Locksmith came out to cut me a new key of my car and he was very upbeat and friendly he got straight into the car gave me a rough time line of how long he would be however the key needed was harder to do so he then went onto another job until he had the codes for my car. He then returned within hour or so and got the job do within 20min. Very quick and easy and a nice friendly locksmith

Awesome - great service

The service to have our car key replaced was perfectly fine. The problem was that we had to wait a week to have it done. We explained our extenuating circumstances but still we couldn’t have anyone come sooner.
