Driver name unknown possibly Josh S? He drove a white sprinter KM72 WDT. He was the most efficient, professional and honest person to do a job like this. He was on time, concise, knowledgable and had spectacular customer service. He did a key replacement job in 90 minutes for a car with no key and a BMW at that which are the hardest to do. He was superb and an asset to your company. Pass our thanks to him as he has saved us a whole lot of bother. We are grateful and thankful for his time.

After an awful car break-in, the guys at Coplus came out the next day to reprogram a new key. After the first driver broke down, they assured me another driver would be on route as soon as they finished their current job. Great communication from the control team and the drivers 10/10.
