Coros customer service quite unbelievable

Hello,
I love my Coros 3 but batter from one day to another last only 12 hours when before it lasted 5 days.
Decathlon where I bought sent to Coros taller and after 2 weeks they told me that I need to find a solution within Coros website.
I planned a call with them and Coros has cancelled 2 hours before without reason and then I have found out that they offer call support only to USA Customers.
I have chat with IA support Who told me to raise a ticket, a specialist came back to follow some troubleshooting steps as watch is not calibrated correctly.
I have tried again without success so I had to raise another ticket.
It has almost 5 weeks and no solution has been found.
I have warranty of 2 years so I would have thought that is decathlon responsabilitat to make sure the watch works correctly and on the other side Coros support seems endless and repetitive without offering a proper solution.

Bin so lange zufrieden gewesen

Bin so lange zufrieden gewesen, bis es ein Problem mit meinem HRM gab. Unzählige Kontaktaufnahmen per Email und Instagram wurden mehr oder weniger ignoriert. Ich bekam gelegentlich eine Antwort, dass sich um mein Anliegen gekümmert wird. Passiert ist leider nichts. Offensichtlich kann man als Verbraucher keinen guten Service mehr erwarten.

Retourniert, aber kein Geld zurück

Ich habe 2 Uhren bestellt. Wollte diese direkt wieder stornieren. Kundenservice sprach davon, dass die Stornierung weitergegeben wird, hat am Ende aber nicht geholfen. Die Uhren wurden dennoch versendet. Also die Uhren wieder zurück geschickt (in die Niederlande!) auf eigene Kosten. Beide Uhren sind dort vor 2 Wochen angekommen. Aber mein Geld habe ich noch immer nicht erhalten, Kundenservice meldet sich einfach nicht zurück. Absolute Katastrophe. Sollte es sich bis kommende Woche nicht auflösen, muss ich den Paypal Käuferschutz aktivieren. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

UPDATE: Nach der Antwort von Coros: Es geht um die Bestellung ES42437 und ES42465, beide Retouren sind am 21.07.2025 erfolgreich bei Ihnen zugestellt worden. (Emails dazu habe ich einige gesendet, inkl. Sendungsnummer - ohne Antwort)

Sensore rilevazione FC Coros Vertix 2S

Il sensore di rilevazione della frequenza cardiaca del mio Coros Vertix 2S ha smesso improvvisamente di funzionare, nessuna luce accesa. Dopo aver eseguito le procedure descritte nelle f.a.q. non è cambiato nulla. Ho contattato immediatamente l'assistenza che mi ha fornito un'altra procedura.
Il problema sembrava essere rientrato ma dopo qualche giorno si è ripresentato e pur ripetendo la procedura di reset il sensore non funzionava più.
Ricontattata l'assistenza per poter procedere con la sostituzione in garanzia tutto è andato per il meglio, spedito orologio nuovo, mi hanno permesso di tenere cavetto e cinturini e al ricevimento ho spedito quello difettoso. Spedizioni gestite tutte da Coros. Purtroppo le procedure per l'Italia vanno a rilento. Visto il costo dei prodotti sarebbe auspicabile avere almeno un centro assistenza in Italia.

Altimeter not working-won’t honor warranty

I love my COROS 3 but the altimeter does not work properly and customer service has been unwilling to resolve the issue, despite the watch being under warranty. After weeks of correspondence they have finally told me I may have to adjust my location elevation manually each day which really defeats the purpose of having my watch track it. My boyfriend’s COROS works great and is always accurate when we compare. Why would Weather conditions (as the agent told me) effect mine but not his?
It’s a shame they will not honor their warranty as I loved the watch but I can’t recommend a company that won’t honor its warranty.

Based on what you mentioned, it does seem the watch is functioning properly, but needed a calibration to obtain the correct elevation. Coros Pace Pro jamais reçue

J’ai commandé une coros pace pro sur le site coros.
La livraison devait se faire en point relais, le livreur m’annonce une fois devant chez moi que la livraison se fait contre signature car ils ne travaillent plus avec le point relais sélectionné.
Travaillant, je ne suis pas chez moi au moment de la livraison.
Le samedi je reçois un mail me disant que la montre a été livrée contre signature, je n’étais pas chez moi ce we donc je n’ai pas pu signer cette livraison.
Je contacte donc le service client, cela fait maintenant 2 semaines que la livraison est censée avoir eu lieue et je suis toujours en attente, le service client répond de temps en temps après plusieurs mails de relance, avec comme réponse « nous comprenons votre frustration nous reviendrons rapidement vers vous » ce qu’ils ne font bien sûr jamais !
C’est absolument scandaleux compte tenu du prix de la montre !
Nous sommes à bientôt 1 mois depuis l’achat de la montre, j’ai bien été débitée dès 400€ mais n’ai ni montre ni solution proposée

Il y a plusieurs points à clarifier ici — une fois qu’un colis quitte notre entrepôt et est pris en charge par le service de livraison, nous ne pouvons plus apporter de modifications à cette livraison (que ce soit pour la retarder, demander ou non une signature, ou accélérer l’envoi). Nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas demander aux services de livraison de changer leurs politiques, même si nous le souhaiterions !

Cela dit, je ne vois pas que tu aies inclus ton numéro de ticket ou de commande. Si tu peux nous transmettre cette information, je serai ravi·e de regarder cela de plus près pour toi !

Coros pace 2 do not buy one

Bought my wife a coros pace 2. Lasted 2years 5months then it packed up ! Contacted coros there sending a charging lead ( it is not the lead ) ! But if it’s not that tuff you have to buy a new watch !!!! The statement from customer services says it all ( coros watches and there warranty’s are designed for the sustainability of the company) in other words don’t expect it to last past the warranty!!! Poor quality watch given to all the top runners to promote ! But runners are soon finding out there complete rubbish .

You didn’t send us a replacement lead as you stated you would ! You sent us an adapter that clips into the back of the watch ( which is better quality than the the lead you provide with the watch ) . But then we had to go and purchase a USB to Type C cable which fits the new adapter you have provided! If you was the reviews on line you will get the picture regarding your warranty !!! We will not be purchasing anymore COROS products . Thank you

Our warranty here at COROS is 2 years, which is the longest in the GPS market. If a device is defective outside of that period, we will do everything we can (send out free charging cord) to see if we can solve the issue. If it is still having problems, then we can move forward with potential discounts for future purchases. Definitely let me know once you get the new cord!

Sicherheitslücken ignoriert, keine Nutzerwarnung, unverschlüsselte Verbindung

Ich habe die Coros Pace 3 direkt beim Hersteller gekauft. Später stellte sich heraus, dass die Uhr massive Sicherheitslücken aufweist (z. B. unverschlüsselte Bluetooth-Kommunikation, kein Pairing, kein Authentifizierungsmechanismus, CVE-2025-32876 und andere).

Eine Verbindung zur Uhr ist jederzeit ohne Zugangsdaten möglich, inkl. Zugriff auf Benachrichtigungen, Factory Reset und GPS-Datenübertragung. Das wurde bereits im März 2025 Coros gemeldet, aber bis heute hat Coros seine Nutzer nicht aktiv informiert. Kein Hinweis auf der Website, keine Mail, keine Pushnachricht in der App.

Ich habe den Support kontaktiert, die Probleme wurden heruntergespielt oder relativiert (mit Verweis auf den Hack von Garmin).

Für alle, die Wert auf Sicherheit und Datenschutz legen: Vorsicht. Ich kann das Produkt derzeit nicht empfehlen und habe den Rücktritt vom Kauf erklärt.

Wir setzen alles daran, alle im ursprünglichen Bericht beschriebenen Schwachstellen bis Ende August mit einem Software-Update zu beheben.

Wenn deine Uhr aktuell ist, musst du im Moment nichts weiter unternehmen – achte einfach darauf, die kommenden Updates zu installieren. Wir nehmen dieses Thema sehr ernst und sind fest entschlossen, es in Zukunft besser zu machen.

Non existent warranty…

I love my Pace 3 and take very good care of it, only wearing it when I run but somehow the inside sensor has cracked making the whole watch not work. The face doesn’t have a scratch so I have no idea how it happened. How does the inside sensor crack but not the face? I wasn’t too worried though because I know there’s a 2 year warranty but when I reached out to Coros they said it wasn’t covered. They didn’t offer to fix it or replace it but did offer 10% off my purchase of a replacement. I’m so disappointed. Buyer beware.

Hi Kait! Thanks for sharing. According to the COROS Limited Warranty Policy, breaks, scratches, or cracks on the device(s) are not covered by our warranty. This is due to the fact that we are not able to sufficiently prove whether the device was used inappropriately or not. While we cover many, many other defects in the devices, this is not one of them. Unfortunately, our Repair Program is not yet fully up and running in the UK, therefor the discounted price offer. I truly do apologize for this, but it is COROS Company Policy. I am happy to follow up via email with you if you would wish!

Poor customer service

Very happy with the pace 2 for a couple of years. Now it won't charge so I contacted them through 'support' and over two weeks later I haven't heard a thing from them, despite messaging them multiple times.
I did reach out to Coros on Facebook but my comments were hidden and nobody addressed my comments. You say reach out to you personally but you don't provide your name.

Not what I was wanting to do but I’m…

Not what I was wanting to do but I’m left with no option. My Coros vertix 2 has been faultless until it let me down on the start line of the UTS100 Main dial which I believe has issues literally won’t work. So I’m left with a non working watch and no service centres to take it too. Tried contacting customer support on 3 occasions and also on Instagram.with no reply well a reply each time saying someone will be in touch.but no one does. Not ideal having spent over £600 on the watch then more on HR strap and foot pod which are probably not compatible with another brand. So overall should you invest in coros. 2 year ago I’d have said yes. The service was fine and tbh I love the watch. Today the brand has come a long way taking on some top athletes. And as such hasn’t the time to look after general Joe Public like me Looks like I’ll be switching back to Garmin. Ian

Thans for posting. Sorry to hear your VERTIX 2 dial seems to be malfunctioning! I just checked through your ticket (couldn't find your Instagram DM) and it looks like you have been corresponding with one of our Customer Support Experts here at COROS. Unfortunately, your watch is outside of the 2-year warranty period, but they suggested the Repair and Replace program in which you are offered a generous amount of credit towards a new watch.
Although there was a slight delay due to some staffing shortcomings, it has been resolved and you are more than welcome to correspond further in the ticket if you wish to take us up on the offer for about 200 pounds towards a new watch!
I can also let you know that the HRM is compatible with any device that utilizes Bluetooth technology. The POD 2 is COROS-specific as it provides specific data communication with the watch in real time that is only available in the COROS ecosystem.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask! I am confident this will be resolved in a mutually beneficial way for all parties.

Pure Enttäuschung

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von der Qualität der Coros-Uhr und dem Kundensupport. Die Uhr misst konstant etwa 20 % zu viele Höhenmeter und über viermal so viele Abstiegs­meter. Trotz eindeutiger Tests und Beweise wurde der Fehler vom Support nicht als Garantie­fall anerkannt. Für mich ist das inakzeptabel – ich kann Coros daher nicht empfehlen.

Appalling customer service

Never one for writing reviews but never had such bad customer service either. This company used to provide amazing customer service, been with them for years. Not this time. Nearly 2 weeks since I first made contact regarding issues with my Apex Pro. Still under warranty, now non-functioning and still no resolution. Almost immediate response on day 1 then had to repeatedly chase them for over a week to get a single follow up. Now silence again. Great watch, terrible service.

Update June '25 - customer service was very slow to resolve this but did eventually get a new watch to me, and an extra strap as compensation. Thanks for that.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. These watches suffer with problems with the buttons stopping working. This is my second one that has done it. Contacted COROS online as there is no dedicated phone number and have so far only had automated replies. We buy these watches for good money and rely on them to monitor our fitness. But alas it’s now over a week without any proper reply or resolution. I love the watch but the aftercare is totally useless. Might as well not bother giving a warranty as you can’t actually use it. Think carefully before buying one of these.

montre reçue en Japonais !

J'ai commandé une montre re conditionnée sur le site COROS
J'ai reçu la montre pré configurée en Japonais donc inutilisable en l'état
Après moult essais j'ai réussi à changer la langue en passant par un reset de la montre
ça ne donne pas vraiment confiance dans les controles qualités (si ils existent) effectués par COROS avant l'envoie des produits

J'ai acheté une Coros Pace pro neuve

J'ai acheté une Coros Pace pro neuve, qui me paraissait un bon choix en rapport de son prix.
Le Bluetooth n'a jamais voulu fonctionner, le service technique est catastrophique, plusieurs jours de délai de réponse pour demander la même chose que dans le précédent mail. Au passage des demandes surprenantes, comme de mettre ma montre au congélateur.
La montre ne fonctionne pas et pour le moment Coros ne me propose aucun échange ou retour de celle ci.

Extremely poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service. I ordered the wrong version of the watch I'd wanted on 6th april, and immediately got in touch with Coros asking if they could cancel the order.
The stated they were unable to cancel + that I should simply send the item back once I'd received it.
I sent the unopened watch in a secure package recorded (signed for) delivery on 11th April+ I have proof, with photo + signature evidence that Coros received it on 15th April.
I've not received a refund, or even any email confirmation of the return being received. I've lost count of the number of times I have emailed Coros / logged a 'ticket' on their webiste' and even contacted them through the app.
The customer service is is frankly atrocious and one I would have expected of such a prominent company. It has left me feeling disappointed that I have chosen Coros watch + certainly would never recommend the brand /website to anyone.
I still await a response as I write this.
