Absolutely useless "sport watch" this…

Absolutely useless "sport watch" this manufacturer is or brainless or doesn't have any clue how to build or maintain body physic! The watch doesn't show and doesn't track your total calories burned during the day! Quote:Calories measured by your COROS watch do not include the Resting Metabolic Rate!
Every day your body burn different amount of calories ,according on this you can adjust your daily consumption based on your goals gain or reduce your bodywheight!
This is impossible with coros watches because they doesn't track your daily calories!
The Worst 220£ spent for item which can't provide you with basic information! Just buy cheap smart wristband for 35-40£ it will do better job then this watch!

A Disappointing Transition to Coros. A Tale of Poor Service and Unresolved Delivery

I recently made the significant decision to switch from Garmin, leaving behind my trusted Fenix 6, to embark on what I hoped would be an exciting new journey with Coros by purchasing the COROS PACE 3. My initial impressions of the product and brand were positive, which led me to further invest in the ecosystem by adding the COROS Heart Rate Monitor to enhance my training regimen. However, what followed has been a distressing and utterly disappointing experience that has left me questioning my switch.

Order #ES10830, which included the eagerly awaited COROS Heart Rate Monitor, has become a source of endless frustration. Despite being charged €84 (€79 for the product plus €5 for shipping), my experience has been marred by a delivery mishap that seems to have exposed a significant flaw in Coros's customer service and logistical operations.

The parcel, according to FedEx's tracking service, was incorrectly delivered and signed for by an individual unknown to me, with no relation to my address or family. This error was communicated to Coros with the hope and expectation of a prompt and efficient resolution. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but satisfactory. The ensuing lack of communication from Coros's support team, combined with a palpable absence of urgency to resolve the issue, has been disheartening.

My attempts to rectify the situation, including reaching out to the supposed recipient and filing a dispute with FedEx, have been met with silence from Coros. This silence has been both surprising and unacceptable, especially considering the company's reputation and the critical role of the heart rate monitor in my daily training.

The contrast between the customer service experiences with my previous brand and Coros is stark. Where I once felt valued and supported, I now find myself navigating a situation where my concerns and needs as a customer seem to be overlooked.

In conclusion, this ordeal has not only disrupted my training but also caused me to question the wisdom of my transition from Garmin to Coros. The excitement of integrating new technology into my routine has been replaced with frustration and regret. I hoped for a partnership that valued customer satisfaction and swift problem resolution. Instead, I am left with a missing order and a series of unaddressed emails.

To potential Coros customers, consider this a cautionary tale. The quality of customer service and support is as crucial as the product itself, especially when issues arise. Unfortunately, my experience with Coros has fallen woefully short of expectations, leading me to reevaluate my decision to switch.

Great aftersales service

COROS Pace 3 - excellent watch, and does everything I need for training purposes. However, when I came to charge it, there was an intermittent charge error. My email to support at after 18:00 on a Thursday evening was answered within 5 mins, and within 10 mins I had an order confirmation from Jessie that a new charging cable was on the way. The express delivery turned up before 9am on Saturday morning, and it solved the problem. A demonstration of excellent customer support behind a great product. Many thanks!

Meilleur rapport qualité-prix

Possesseur d'une coros pace 2 je trouve leurs produits et application d'une très grande qualité et surtout pour le prix , la pace 2 est équipée d'un altimètre barométrique alors que certaines marques concurrentes n'en n'ont pas dans la même tranche de tarifs .

Ça aurait pu être une belle montre MAIS...

Belle montre, solide, le verre en rubis est nickel : après plusieurs années pas une rayure MAIS une application nulle à hurler de rage tous les jours. Le bluetooth se déconnecte quasiment tous les jours. Nécessité de refaire toute la procédure d'appairage...quand elle veut bien se faire. Elle est très chère au regard de la médiocrité de son application. J'en déconseille vivement l'achat.

Decent hardware, but poor software and customer service

Decent hardware that's let down by buggy software and nonexistent customer support. The Coros Training Hub has the potential to be good, but things like Running Fitness have not worked for months (a fix keeps being pushed back). Planned workouts don't work like normal workouts either (no rep count), you can't navigate and do a workout at the same time, You also can't... the list goes on. Overall, Coros feels like an expensive Kickstarter at the moment. They have the potential to be great, but they're not there yet. I'm sure in 3-5 years, when Coros has matured, they will give Garmin a run for its money. But for now, I would recommend waiting until the software is more stable and the customer support is better (10+ days for a response is awful!)

Amazing Watch

Such a great watch! Inspires me to run and be better than I was yesterday every day.

Customer service can be a bit delayed but if you follow their instructions they will help you out quickly.

My Pace 2 watch is not charging

My Pace 2 watch is not charging and will not power on. I have followed the instructions form Coros and my watch is still not charging. The help request was closed without my problem being solved ot me being consulted.

I have bought a new charging cable, checked the contacts, charged from a low power outlet and tried the Power button and nothing has worked.

The watch is now 15 months old, but this issue started well before the guarantee was up.

The Coros Pace 2 is an outstanding sports watch

The Coros Pace 2 has been great, I've used if for 18 months and as someone who always seems to struggle with tech, its been pretty bombproof. Great for downloading workouts, easy to use on runs and rides, interfaces really well with other apps, the app itself is really good and has predicted my race finish times with spooky accuracy and on the couple of occasions I've needed help the customer support leaves Garmin in the dust. Ideally it would have an option to tell me what finish time I am on for during say a half marathon or 10k, when my brain has stopped working, but you can't have everything. Best piece of exercise tech I've ever owned.
