Ich habe eine refurbished Coros Pace 3…

Ich habe eine refurbished Coros Pace 3 vor über einer Woche auf der offiziellen Website bestellt. Weder wird die Uhr endlich verschickt, noch meldet sich der Kundendienst bei mir – trotz unzähliger Nachrichten von meiner Seite. Ich habe bereits mitgeteilt, dass ich mein Geld zurückhaben möchte und das Produkt nicht mehr will. Doch bis jetzt gibt es keinerlei Reaktion, obwohl die Uhr längst hätte geliefert werden müssen.

Meine Bestellnummer lautet: #ES31535

Gerne ändere ich diese Bewertung, sobald alles geklärt ist.

Amazing service

This seems to be just where people who don't know how to use emails come to complain. Send them a message through the app and they sort things out right away, they gave me a new band well out of warranty and gave me some advice on battery life on an upcoming event!

This has to be the worst customer…

This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I made a formal complaint about the clarity of the screen on the Coros Pace 3 watch. I was given a case number. [COROS Wearables Help Center- #270242] Re: Pace 3 poor screen resolution and visibility.

I had a promise they would resolve my issue, 5 days have passed and I have still not had a response to my complaint.

For a reputable brand the customer service is non existent. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated, I would highly recommend NOT to buy Coros products as there will be zero aftersales service.

We understand your frustration about the Memory-in-Pixel screen as it can appear dimmer in cloudy/indoor environments as we have discussed with you via support channels. In January, it appears we offered the opportunity to upgrade to our PACE Pro with an AMOLED screen via support which is a better product fit for what it sounds like you may need for your sport use-case.

This is something that happens across all brands with Memory-in-Pixel screens as it is a factor of the technology itself, whether that be Garmin, COROS, Suunto, or others. We will have the customer support team reach back out if you would like to return the watch as it seems to be the PACE 3 isn't the best fit for you and we do not want anyone to be "stuck" with a COROS product which is not fully serving their sport use. Again our apologies that the PACE 3 MIP screen is not up to your expectations!

Just ignored me

Messaged them 3 times in 5 days regarding a faulty Coros Pace Pro (cost me £350) and simply no reply. This despite the company insisting they deal with issues with watches purchased from third party sites. Now I'm unable to get a refund from the company I bought it from and left with a faulty watch.

Funktionalität und Optik gut, Langzeithaltbarkeit nicht gegeben

Funktionalität und Optik gut.
Nachhaltigkeit, Support und Qualität mangelhaft.
Gekauft habe ich eine Coros Vertix 2.
Wie viele auch habe ich das Problem mit der digitalen Krone. Das Auswählen im Menü ist nicht mehr möglich. Nachdem Garantie/Kulanz abgelehnt wurde habe ich die Uhr öffnen lassen.
Im inneren ist ein kleines Gummiplättchen Auslöser des Problems. Dieses ist nach etwas mehr als 2 Jahren in seine Einzelteile zerfallen. Es ist einfach porös. Ein Ersatzteil dafür gibt es nicht.
In der Preisklasse um 700€ ist das nicht akzeptabel und fühlt sich nach Sollbruchstelle des Systems an.
Prüft gern Alternativen die auch Reparaturen und Ersatzteile anbieten.
Schöne Uhr, viele Funktionen,…
Aber Langzeithaltbar sind diese nicht.

Useless delivery

They use useless Parcel Force who have no option to deliver to a shop. Instead my watch is stuck with a neighbour who is never there.

Poor customer service with my hardware…

Poor customer service with my hardware issue not being resolved. Takes too long for a specialist to reach out followed by very slow and late communication from the support team. No replacement for solution was brought to the table even though the watch was under warranty. Disappointed to say the least. Back to the Apple Watch it is.

Sav très lent mais montre au top

La montre est top, l'appli est pas mal et le rapport qualité prix est imbattable.
Par contre pour le moindre problème coros est aux abonnés absents.
Aucun moyen de les joindre
Aucune réponse aux mails
Pas moyen de faire marcher la garantie
Même pas de coordonnées d'un médiateur sur leur site.
J'aurais dû l'acheter chez amazon le retour aurait été beaucoup plus simple.
C'est impensable qu'en 2025 des sites web comme ça puissent encore exister

*Update mars 2025: après plus d'un mois de délai le sav m'a contacté avec une solution de remplacement. Mieux vaut tard que jamais

Customer support is shameful

Customer support is shameful. Do not buy, even from the official website

I bought a COROS PACE 3 first week of december 2024 as a gift but had to return it. I immediately requested a refund, but I had to open about 10 different tickets before anyone responded to me.

Eventually, they sent me instructions on how to return the product (by the way, I had to pay for the return shipping myself, even though it was within the 30-day return period). I didn’t receive any updates about my refund, despite emailing them every week, until a month later when I wrote to the European support email to complain about the poor customer service. A day later, I received an email with the refund confirmation.

It has now been more than 15 days, and I still haven't received any money in my bank account. I've been emailing them every week, but no one is responding at all. I find this extremely disrespectful to customers, especially considering how expensive their products are and the fact that I bought directly from their official website.

As of now, I still don't know if I will ever get my refund. I really wish I had read about other people’s similar experiences before buying anything from them.

Love my COROS Pace 2

Love my COROS Pace 2. Functionality and battery life brilliant. When I recently had a problem with the data sent to Strava being inaccurate they responded to my complaint quickly and sorted out the issue with a firmware update. Will definitely continue with their products when I need to upgrade

Best watch so far

So far, great experience. Plenty of customization, very cool design, best app i've seen so far. The price is more than competitive in the current market, at least with the apex 2 pro, with zaphire crystal, titanium, double band gps,... for 450, thats unbeatable these days. Also is super light and very comfortable. The battery lasts weeks, thats the best part. Also looks like developers are adding many useful features every other month, i hope keeps this way and they provide even more strength workouts and options. Sleep and HR is very detailed. Good job guys!

Hardware top - Software Schrott

Die Akkulaufzeit der Uhr (Apex 2 Pro) ist genial und die Uhr selber ist robust. Für das Laufen am besten geeignet (mit Pod 2). Die Verwendung eines externen Pulsmessers (z. B. Brustgurt ist empfehlenswert). Das war’s mit den positiven Eigenschaften. Training hub und EvoLab sind unbrauchbar (wie erwähnt noch am besten für Laufen). Die Laufmetriken aktualisieren sich monatelang nicht und Daten wie Herzfrequenz, Stress und Erholung sowie Schlaf stimmen öfter nicht. Außerdem ist die berechnete Trainingslast bei allen Sportarten (außer eben Laufen) ein Witz. Für anstrengendes Schwimmtraining über mehrere Kilometer oder Krafttraining z. B. bekommt man dermaßen lächerlich niedrige Trainingslast, die hinten und vorne nicht passt. Es orientiert sich nur an der Herzfrequenz. Da sich Erholung und andere Parameter nach der Trainingsbelastung richten, ist dem entsprechend EvoLab und der Training hub unbrauchbar. Demnach müsste man jeden Tag mit hoher Herzfrequenz am Anschlag trainieren, um Fortschritte zu erzielen. Völlig unrealistisch. Coros Coaches oder der Support wollen einem das natürlich anders verkaufen. Somit jegliche Beschwerde nutzlos bzw. verläuft in’s Leere. Leistungssporttechnologie? Meiner Meinung nach völlige Fehlanzeige und gänzlich unbrauchbar. Außer man möchte sich tot machen. Funktioniert noch am ehesten beim Laufsport, wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt. Allen anderen ernsthaften Athleten rate ich von EvoLab und Training hub ab! Hardware top - Software Spielzeug = Schrott. Coros will das nicht einsehen und wiegelt Beschwerden und Anregung ab und verkauft EvoLab und Training hub trotzdem als bahnbrechend (bzw. dreht es dementsprechend hin).

Coros Pace 2 mit Sollbruchstelle

Bei meiner Coros Pace 2 hat der Akku immer ca. 10 Tage gehalten und ich war zwei Jahre lang trotz relativ schnellem Wassereintritt beim schwimmen zufrieden. Kurz nach Ablauf der Garantie hielt der Akku auf einmal nur noch einen halben Tag. Von heute auf morgen. Der Akkureset hilft nichts und der Support stellt sich dumm. Sie gehen davon aus, dass man eine neue Coros Uhr kauft da man ja die App nutzt. Solche Unternehmen sollte man nicht unterstützen und ich würde jedem raten die Finger von Coros zu lassen. Ich werde jedenfalls zur Konkurrenz wechseln.

Obsolescence après 2 ans

Ma montre achetée il y a 2 ans et 1 mois vient de lâcher. Alors qu’elle est censée être waterproof jusqu’à 100m, celle-ci s’est mise à grésiller et l’écran est devenu bleu en me baignant tranquillement dans une piscine... J’ai réussi à l’éteindre mais depuis impossible de la charger, de la rallumer ou de la réinitialiser.
L’obsolescence semble être programmée chez Coros… Coros c’est fini pour moi.

My watch bought 2 years and 1 month ago has just broken. While it is supposed to be waterproof up to 100m, it started to crackle and the screen turned blue in a swimming pool... I turned it off but since then it has been impossible to charge it or reset it.
Obsolescence seems to be programmed at Coros... Coros is over for me.

Excellent after sales team

Sharing positive vibes of how incredibly responsive the support team were addressing an issue I had with a Apex Pro.

The product was pretty much end of warranty period. But with a few investigations the team replaced my watch which surpassed expectation.

Thank you again for a great product and after sales service.

Extraordinary Coros Support team!!!

Hi. I own a Coros Vertix 2. I can only speak of my own experience with Coros and more specifically the Support team who were extraordinary. The main button on my watch had become increasingly difficult to push or scroll. This made exercise selection and recording a pain. Also meant it was difficult to use any of the ancillary functions on the watch.
I reached out to Coros via email & I outlined the issues. I was looking to have it repaired. I was unsure of the date of purchase and no receipt to validate it, for Warranty purposes. Nothing seemed to be a problem to them. After a couple of emails, Coros Support sent me a 'New' replacement watch.
This exceeded my expectations to say the least.
I don't normally write reviews but I feel the help I received from the Coros Support team deserves mention.

What a disappointing experience so far…

What a disappointing experience so far with the watch and also Coros customer support team. Both rubbish!
My watch hasn't worked since I received it. I've tried resetting it and also adding a GPS patch to it but with no luck. I'm now looking for a refund as this has been a headache from the start. Not something I expected from a brand of this size. Stay away people.

Customer service is rubbish

Customer service is rubbish, I have reported a fault with my watch which is still in warranty.I have sent several emails, and have had one reply which requested photos. I sent photos and am still awaiting a response.
