Cosy Club, Reading. Looks no substance.
The tables are unusually high in comparison to the seating, I felt like I needed a booster seat and owing to their design I had no where to put my legs/feet but sitting awkwardly sideways. The tables are also very close together & it takes a lean person to shimmy out between them without knocking anything off your neighbour's table.
The service was terrible, once seated we waited an age to be asked if we wanted drinks, this only happened because we caught a waiters attention. We decided it was best to order everything at once going by the huddles of staff not doing much else other than seemingly having a great time hanging out together.
Eventually got served drinks, only to be asked less than 5 minutes later by the same server 'are these empty?'!!
Food was average and overpriced.
After dinner we decided to head to the bar to meet friends, lots of bar staff acknowledging our existence but after 10 mins waiting we were told we were stood at the wrong end of the bar to be served and should move to the other end whereby it was even busier (no sign to say this area is not for service), we left and found another bar close by who could accommodate us.
I realise they've only just opened but lots of staff and still can't ace the service, come on Cosy Club! Such a shame.

Cosy Club, Reading. Luxurious environment, with 20’s vibe. Lovely, friendly, polite, well trained serving staff. Awesome drinks, same polite, friendly and well trained servers. Nice coffee …… Oh, super lush vegan food too and my daughter loved her smash burger ❤️

Best meal I’ve had in ages! Went with the family last night - excellent gluten-free options for my daughter, great venue, friendly staff. Fantastic!!

Daughter took me for lunch. Staff made us feel welcome.
Didn’t have the set Mother’s Day lunch as wanted something light. Was all lovely and really enjoyed. A complementary chocolate and small bottle of Prosecco as we left which was a nice touch. Would recommend.

Went to Cosy for Mother's Day. Excellent value for money. Fabulous and welcoming staff, go above and beyond to be helpful. Food and drinks as always beautifully presented and tasty. Would highly recommend ❤️

Food always very good albeit slightly smaller than expected portions.
HOWEVER TODAYS EXPERIENCE made SPECIAL with our server TOM.
Efficient,Personable and Professional.

Cosy Club Bennett’s Hill Birmingham. VERY VERY slow service, after waiting nearly fifteen minutes to order a pint and a glass of wine at the bar my wife and I walked out in disgust. The two staff members who clearly didn’t enjoy their jobs completely ignored myself and other customers waiting to be served at the bar counter, they only mixed cocktails and served customers who had ordered via the bar code on the tables. I don’t know if this is company policy but there is no excuse for the ignorance and total lack of customer service shown by the young staff members. There are numerous other bars within the same area as this Cosy Club and far far better in my opinion 😡

Graham was our host for the cocktail masterclass and was brilliant. Was a great cocktail host when showing how to create the drinks. Very friendly and just an overall generous man! Definitely worth a visit!

Nice food and always nice vibes in there.

The staff were freindly but perhaps a little slow and we had to ask to order drinks and puddings rather than them come to us.

Went to the Cosy Club Sheffield with a large group of work colleagues for a meal at around 2pm Saturday afternoon.
The restaurant was inviting, staff were very attentive and the food was really good. The ‘sharing starter’ was especially tasty and everyone in our group enjoyed it.
I will definitely go there again.

Went into cosy club Sheffield for the first time yesterday with 5 friends, It was quite busy.
We waited at the bar for 10 minutes, the not so happy bar lady wasn’t taking note who had been stood there and served everyone else but us. We ended up walking out and going to another bar. Annoyed was an understatement.

Cosy Club Manchester fantastic experience with Alex and Alice were so accommodating and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble even though it was really busy for Peter Kay. I loved the food steak 🥩 and chocolate dessert 🧁

Cosy Club Manchester: Host was lovely, bar team lovely, food brilliant and drinks okay. However the server that we had ruined the entire night, a blonde girl with shoulder length hair and who was wearing a grey top on the night. I am a wheelchair user and to have a member of your staff make disgusting comments to other members of staff as well as giggle her way through making them at the expense of my disability was horrific. Was down right ignored at every moment in favour of her speaking to my partner or parents about what I wanted despite the fact the only disability I have is my mobility. Was made to feel like I was less than the entire night despite the drinks, food and other members of staff being amazing. Will never be returning and will definitely not be recommending to anyone able bodied or not.

Listen to all the reviews with one star or maybe two as they’re all exactly as we experienced it. Atrocious!!!

Had a lovely post Christmas meal at the Cosy club in Derby-the venue is beautiful, the food lovely and the service by Josh was first rate-we will definitely be back!

Review about Cosy Club Bath branch.

This is the most terrible restaurant I have ever been to in my life. The service is virtually nonexistent—they simply ignore you and leave used plates on the table. The food seems to be bought from Lidl or Co-Op and merely warmed up in a microwave. The chips were like wood shavings, the burger was rubbery, and the buns felt like plastic. I suspect they don’t even have actual cooks; the waiters likely just heat up frozen food from Lidl or Co-Op themselves. To add insult to injury, the food is criminally overpriced. Told the waiter that I would like to speak to their manager. I waited 15 minutes, but the manager never showed up.

Cosy club Plymouth. Hard working NHS nurses book our Christmas lunch for 12pm. Upon arrival the chef was stood outside with other staff smoking… off putting. We were eventually served our main meal at 2.15pm!!?? The starter was ok, waiting staff were nice but appeared young, confused and inexperienced. The mains were poor, one member of staff was limited to one choice from Xmas menu as she is allergic to peanuts, all the food is pre cooked and brought in frozen so staff can’t guarantee it has not had contact with nuts at the factory…. Terrible advert for your menu!, No apologies for waiting over two hours for mains…there were only two other tables ordering food, what the hell happens when they are full?? As we left feeling pretty crap the chef was leaning over the till looking at his mobile. I will pop in for a coffee and maybe a snack but will never order a meal there again, I can’t see it surviving in Plymouth at this rate.
