The ambience in Derby was, as usual, welcoming and warm. But the value for money has plummeted.To be honest, we felt cheated by being served with a fish finger sandwich consisting of a small brioche bun containing one fish finger, a small potion of fries and a couple: total cost... £12.75! We also asked for more tartare sauce but were told they didn't have any. Not too long ago, this item was in sourdough slices and was amply big enough to share between two for a light lunch. We conveyed our feelings to our server but they agreed and said it was all about the cost of living. Just feels like sharp practice to us. A shame.

Hi I am very disapointed with your Milton Keynes branch. I booked a table and was so looking forwards to my visit as I loved your Bournemouth one. Unfortunately I have been left very disapointed. I asked to sit in the downstairs area as this is the best environment and what I wanted to experience. We got put upstairs right next to the serving area and the run way of staff. Not the experience I wanted. I asked to move but got told they could not as another party was booked in in an hour. But we could have eaten and been away by then. Poor service overall if I am honest from a place I told everyone I was so excited to visit. Sour taste in my mouth, which is sad. I ended up walking out with no one to ask us why we decided to leave or try to get us to stay.

No one must monitor the Facebook site either as no one even tried to acknowledge the message?

Went here on 6/12/24. (Nottingham).
Found the staff and service very good.
The ambience of the place was great as well.

My one big criticism is the amount of food in relation to the high cost.

Only had a main meal but when it arrived I thought it was a starter, the portion being so small.

The actual quality of the food was fine (what little there was).

Felt like I needed to go to the "chippy" when I left, to get an adequate meal.

Would not bother to go here again. Very pricy for very little.

It was an abhorrent experience. The manager Reza is an annoying, pompous and rude individual. We had a reservation at 8 pm earlier tonight at this establishment at Milton Keynes Central. We had a 6 year old with us. The portal allowed us to book but this manager refused to seat us saying he can't see the booking and he can't control his reservation system. Staff of this sort have no place in the hospitality industry. I intend to start a campaign on social media and provide copies of the booking confirmation.

Well a group of 14 today had a wonderful experience at The Cosy Club in Worcester. The food was served quickly and was excellent. The staff were all attentive cannot praise them enough The cocktails were delicious 😋

Cardiff Bay site needs looking into. Food was ok. Not the friendliest of sites, customer service by the manager was a little shocking.

Arrived at 1.30 got food at 2.40 so ages to wait to eat not great, but food was good but we did book a table but the long wait over an hour to get food terrible. Don’t book so many tables if you can’t cope with the amount of customers felt sorry for the staff not a good impression

We had dinner there on Saturday evening. It was excellent...from the delicious bread + butter with our starters to the delicious desserts to finish off ....it goes without saying our main course was delicious too ...
Also the staff were all so attentive and friendly
It was our first visit to Sheffield cosy club .we will definitely be back ..
We spent new years eve at Harrogate cosy club a couple ov years ago ...that was also a fabulous night!!
Such a shame it had to close ....

Arrived looked clean was meet with a smile and shown to our seats (I am disabled in a scooter)
Asked if I could sit near the window then the servicer said she thought my scooter would be better here.
I ask if they had water she bought this dirty carafe it had lime scale all around the edge full of tap water I explained I didn't drink tap water she said they didn't sell water fizzy our still we looked at the menu nothing can be adjusted on the menu as my grandson wanted a crispy burger with chips but this was not available as it was on the menu though there was hamburg with bun and crispy chicken. I am a diabetic so I could not drink anything apart from zero coke which I don't drink. we left it is not the staffs fault but the people who run it

Lovely cosy food! Both had burgers; juicy and the gravy dip was spot on.

Jessy provided great customer service and very attentive. Drinks were also a bonus (extra points for glasses).

Visited cosy club in Chester this weekend and I can easily say I had the best burger I’ve ever had! The added gravy was something I didn’t know I needed with it.. what a great combo! Everything from the starter to dessert was exceptional and amazing service. Will deffinatley return in the future and highly recommend. Perfect date night place!!

I am a veteran just turned away on remembrance as it was “busy” loads of seats available …… disgusting!!

Cozyclub Norwich in a nut shell if you want a decent size dinner of food don’t book here portion sizes are disgustingly for the price!

So so slow - arrived 13.10 for a 13.15 sitting.
Ordered drinks and a few appetisers. All very enjoyable - all completed by 13.40
. Still waiting for our main courses.

Excellent service from Alex from arriving, during our meal and on departure. We were eating out before seeing Peter Kay at the AO Arena and Alex made sure we were on time for the performance. The food was very good and reasonably priced, we will return.

Pleasant evening, but avoid the garlic bread - so so salty! Suggest the staff or chef taste it !

Been there, done that - Didn't buy the T-shirt and won't be back...
Very disappointing visit for a birthday.
15 mins after drinks were poured and sat waiting on the bar, they were served.
Menu - nothing special and bit standard, but what was ordered was tasty enough. Flat iron steak was very good, but looked bare on the plate along side a pathetic looking rocket 'salad'.
Service was astonishingly slow, and it wasn't overly busy.
Missed off kids food from order which then came 15 mins after the adults , and was so hot it took a further 10 mins until it was cool eough to feed a 2 year old.

I don't ask for much in life but I do expect my drink of choice to come in the correct glass....I do not want to be spending money on a lovely gin and tonic for it to be served in a wine glass..pet hate for me!!

Thank you to KAI at Portsmouth Gunwharf cosy club a wonderful experience and food and cocktails lovely :) KAI was very attentive and making sure we had all the drinks and food we needed a very professional member of staff will be back again because of this experience

Came to cosy club for breakfast 20 minutes for food to be served poached egg tasted strongly of vinegar and pancakes were hard for the prices you’d think the chef would of checked the pancakes at least , very disappointed
