As first time buyers, the whole process was new to my partner and I, but Peter and the team have been excellent throughout. They have been professional, supportive and always happy to answer any concerns or questions we have had. I’m very grateful for their services and would thoroughly recommend them, especially daunted first time buyers!

The sale of my property has been nothing but complicated ( thanks to the buyers demands). Caitlin who was my point of contact worked above and beyond to get this transaction finalised. What a star, the firm as a whole are very professional,friendly and keep you well informed. I apsolutly have no trouble in recommending there services to anyone and will be using them in the future.

Decided to use Peter & Co for their services based on the reviews & the fact they actually answer a telephone!! Yes I know! …..what a breath of fresh it is to have a human pick up a telephone & keep you updated ! I wouldn’t hesitate using CPL again & would recommend them to anyone who wants efficient , hands on service with excellent communication skills & good value for money.

Currently at the end of our transaction buying our first home. Peter and everyone involved at Capital Property Lawyers/Woodstock Legal have been really good. They have a great communication style, and are very easy to get in touch with. Which is unknown for Solicitors!
We have had quite a number of delays, however alot of this was due to external people like lenders and other solicitors in the chain.
I think it could be useful to possibly explain more about whats going on when updates are given. Just because as a first time buyer this is all new, so knowing that bit extra information to get my head around whats really happening would be useful. But really couldnt complain.
Would recommend to anyone.

I asked for a fair but competitive fixed fee and this didn't spiral at all.

Very professional yet personable and all of my queries were responded to in rapid time which you don't get from a large law firm talking with somebody different each time. Nothing was too much trouble and there was no such thing as a stupid question!

Absolutely will not hesitate to use CPL again when the time comes - and I'm not an easy man to please.

Caitlin was fantastic from start to finish. Knowledgeable, attentive and always communicating which is the biggest green flag I can give. She was available when emailed or called and always was on hand to give honest, frank and detailed explanations and updates to ensure a smooth and quick completion. We are not quite exchanged and completed but that is due to the buyers solicitors who could learn a lot from Caitlin's approach and professionalism
