The conveyancing of the sale of my house by Peter Moretti and Caitlin at Capital Property Lawyers in Southport was made simple and stress free. They were constantly in touch via email and WhatsApp to update me on the process which was a bonus as I'm unable to use the phone. I can't rate them highly enough and would recommend them to anyone needing a conveyancer.

We had an incredibly stressful and complicated moving experience, and without the calm and supportive help of Peter and Caitlin we wouldn't have managed to make our move. They were very prompt in their replies, chased our vendor's solicitors constantly for updates, always answered the phone, and did it all at very reasonable price. We have moved 3 times in the last 6 years, and Peter and Caitlin were by far the most competent and helpful solicitors we have used.
