I recently purchased my first home and Peter from Capital Property Lawyers was my solicitor throughout the entire process. I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough! As a first-time buyer, I had countless questions, some of which I'm sure were quite basic, but Peter answered every single one with patience and clarity. He was always reachable and his communication was fantastic, keeping me informed every step of the way.

Peter expertly talked me through all the legal jargon and processes, ensuring I understood everything I needed to know. He was incredibly efficient and dealt with the legal side of the house purchase with impressive speed.

Even after the sale completed, Peter has continued to be a fantastic support, helping me with other queries that have arisen. If you're looking for a solicitor, especially for a property purchase, I would wholeheartedly recommend Peter at Capital Property Lawyers. He made what could have been a stressful experience remarkably smooth and straightforward.

Amazing work start to finish... this solicitor was the only solicitor that could of got the job done within a 30 day completion! Literally they went above and beyond and kept us in the loop throughout ensuring it was as stress free as it could be.

I've used many solicitors before with property and it's safe to say that I'll now never use anyone else.
