Very helpful phone call
I requested a phone call with an account manager as I’d found some of the terminology relating to my DBS difficult to interpret. Ross clarified all the necessary information and went through my application in detail. I was also refunded a payment that was no longer required. A very helpful, personable and effective call which resulted in my application being processed very quickly. Thank you so much!!

After a call with Kathryn 07/08/26 she has restored by faith and been super helpful!
The message services is very slow when you are waiting to process something. There is a phone number but just directs you back to the on line messaging service.Would be great to have someone to be able to contact via phone with your queries!

This is just a money grabbing scheme
This is just a money grabbing scheme, as a business I needed to do a basic DBS check on my employee, paid the exorbitant fees (£45 registration fee and £78.5 for the DBS check which is normally £21.5!) and submitted the form, to find out after 3 days that the check has not been done as they are waiting for ID verification, which we didn't know or received any notifications for, and that I have to send a link to my employee and ask them to pay another £15 to do this and send me the results so this can be proceeded! This is just ridiculous and actually creates hurdles instead of solving any problems, just ask people to do the DBS check themselves and send you the results and reimburse them for it! at least this way it's cheaper and faster!
