Genealogic tree for 5 generations, from BOLIVIA
since my grandparents, we had a costume to have our genealogic tree actualized. Bolivia is not Peru; it's close but not the same, so having the results of our analysis as coming in a big percentage from Peru, we felt like you eliminated the place where all our ancestors were born. Please, check the difference.

Your genetic results are skewed
Your genetic results are skewed. I refuse to pay any more money for your results. When i purchased your supposed plan of genetics that had results showing generationally African, but you had more detail. What happened? What guarantee can you offer that if i pay more that what i pay for will remain? Your results show overwhelmingly Africa. Not a problem there, but you earlier showed Spanish and German at 7% for each. I can’t find that any longer. Now your results are just vague with Iberian here at 0.60% or so and nw European at 0 such and so percentage. I was doing research asking how Africans ended up in the German Empire. That research impetus was spurred by results that you just erased. German is still there with no information as it location in Germany that it once had. Your research results are skewed and bogus, and even when i look over generations there is no European or other group contact result. It is just African. How are you going to sell a product that shows results you erase the specificity of one group by promoting another group whose specificity is overwhelmingly supported? This is a point of contention related to trust. I do not trust your product or research results, and i will probably close your website never to visit your website again. This is a trend in the genetics industry that i see. The only genetics company i trust is Ancestry.com. At least their genetics results are comprehensive and not wildly different from the first genetics test. I do not trust you or myheritage.

Not the information I've been looking for at all my Grandmother was adopted so not much information on her but my grandfather was native American on Mom's side and Scottish and German on my Dad's didn't give much info on the Scottish side or the Native American side or even where my Mom's mother may have been from.

I find the DNA results questionable but…
I find the DNA results questionable but also a little inaccurate. I find that for the money I paid, I should’ve had more information available to me. I didn’t realize that when you want to find out something like your musical ability or other things, you have to pay extra for that when you get on the site. I wanted to know what famous people I was related to and I didn’t find that out. Everything is extra. It’s like ordering à la carte. I was disappointed in this DNA test. I clearly cannot recommend it at this point. If anything changes, I will change my review.

I believe this company is a total scam
I believe this company is a total scam! I got my results and a good portion of what I thought I was paying for was "locked" and they wanted more money to see them. And the results that I could open were for the most part either vague and generic at best or downright wrong. I have naturally red hair and they couldn't even get that right. That's not a hard one you either have the gene or you don't. I demanded a full refund but only got 40% and I had to fight for that! If they were a reputable company I would have been given a 100% refund. They lead you to believe that you will get 80 "health" reports. But when I questioned not getting any predispositions for health concerns, I was told "we don't offer that." Well isn't that what health reports are?? This has taught me a good lesson. Research, research, research a company before you give them your hard earned money. A total waste of time and money for me.

The results are completely bogus
The results were completely bogus. Both of my parents have done their tests on 23andme and got accurate results that actually agree with their known ancestry. My results do not look like theirs at all! It's a mix of completely random and implausible groups from all over the world.

the CRI genetics "bait and switch" and continues to charge for subscription after cancellation
I was warned about their bait and switch practices but since I initially didn't sign up for relative finder I was initially happy with the overall genetic information and was told that relative finder would be coming soon. I got a notice that I had a new relative (a first cousin). I immediately signed up for All Access. The first cousin disappeared and I was told that "relative finder" wasn't available at that time. Okay, fool me once. I was pissed and instructed to fill out a bunch of "permissions etc..." and sign up for All Access Plus. Different subscription so I had to cancel the first......not a single close relative ever came up again. I cancelled BOTH subscriptions well ahead of time and figured "live and learn". They just charged me for the subscription I cancelled more than a month ago. I guess I will do it all again in October

I can't register the kit
I can't register the kit. When I enter the code I get the message "Unable to register." If I try again, I get a message to click indicating I'm not a robot. But I still can't register the kit. There's an AI chat assist, but they want $5 for the service. I've already spent over $130, $137, I think, so I'm not going to spend another $5 to be ripped off by this company.

If I could give negative stars, I would!
My report was COMPLETELY wrong, stating one grandparent (born 1870-1945) was Han Chinese and one (born 1870-1945) was Bengali.
I personally knew all 4 of my grandparents born in the 1880’s and not one of them was of either of these nationalities. Don’t waste your money, CRI is a complete scam. Nothing else was worth reading after that.
