Unfortunately, my experience with Croner on this particular case was less positive. Following the departure of the initial litigation consultant, there was a prolonged lack of communication until I made contact myself. This was disappointing, particularly as my previous experiences with Croner, in relation to GP partnership issues, have generally been very positive.

Kenny Hanson visited us for our new business health and safety inspection and he was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, really helpful and supportive.

We cannot recommend Nigel Henry highly enough. From the very beginning, Nigel worked incredibly hard to prepare everything for our tribunal case, making sure every detail was thoroughly considered and that we were as prepared as possible.

When we arrived at the tribunal, we instantly felt at ease with Nigel. He explained everything clearly, made sure we had the right support in place and guided us through each stage of what was a very stressful experience. He was always available to answer our questions and made sure we understood what was happening.

The days at the tribunal were understandably difficult and nerve-wracking, but Nigel’s kindness, professionalism and even his sense of humour helped us get through the long periods of waiting and kept us distracted when we needed it most.

Honestly, we would have been an absolute mess without him. Having Nigel there gave us reassurance and confidence when we needed it most. He was extremely kind and supportive to all of us throughout the entire process, whilst also doing an amazing job representing us and presenting our case.

I cannot praise the support I have received from our HR Consultant highly enough.

I have recently needed advice and guidance regarding a particularly difficult and sensitive staffing matter involving concerns around confidentiality, communication and an employee not providing information required as part of their role. The circumstances have also been very close to home for me personally, which has made dealing with the situation considerably more difficult.

Throughout the whole process, our HR Consultant has been absolutely outstanding. His knowledge, professionalism and advice have been second to none, but just as importantly, he has shown a great deal of patience, understanding and reassurance at a time when I genuinely needed it.

If he has said he will call me back, he has called me back. Emails have been answered promptly, questions have been explained clearly, and I have never been made to feel that I am a nuisance for asking for further guidance or clarification. He has taken the time to listen properly and has helped me approach each stage calmly, professionally and correctly.

When dealing with a difficult employment matter, particularly one that has a personal element to it, having somebody knowledgeable at the end of the telephone who you can trust to guide you through the correct process is invaluable. His support has given me a great deal of confidence and reassurance during what has been a very stressful situation.

Exceptional service, excellent professional advice and, above all, a genuinely supportive approach.

Have used Croner for all of our HR advise since a bad tribunal experience. They have always been helpful whenever we have had to call.
Unfortunately we were taken to tribunal recently and had Wayne Cowley as our Litigation Consultant. He was very knowledgeable and helped keep us calm throughout, resulting in a better outcome than expected.
