I have been extremely pleased with the support provided by Esha throughout what was a complex and sensitive disciplinary matter.

Esha handled the entire process with professionalism, efficiency and, most importantly, complete impartiality. I was particularly impressed by how quickly she progressed the case while still ensuring that the process was thorough, fair and properly considered.

Her communication throughout was excellent. She kept me informed at every stage, was clear about the process and remained consistently objective and focused on the evidence. At no point did I feel that any conclusions were being predetermined; Esha approached the matter independently and ensured that all parties and the evidence presented were properly considered.

I was particularly grateful for the timescale in which Esha managed the case. Disciplinary matters can easily become unnecessarily prolonged, particularly when they are complex, but she kept the process moving efficiently without compromising its integrity or fairness.
