Best service from an agent ever!
Carley went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met whilst booking our Douro cruise.

After making an online inquiry for a river cruise to the German Christmas markets I had a prompt response back from Rebecca.
The cruise I was enquiring about unfortunately had sold out but Rebecca had an alternative which was for 5 days not 4.
Rebecca sent the information over and worked out to be better alternative.
The whole process from the first response to the booking is first class.
Friendly, helpful and professional will recommend and definitely use them again.

This is the first time I have booked a holiday with Crui.se and it was a refreshing experience. My telephone call was answered promptly by a ‘real human’ who was friendly, efficient and answered all my questions and gave me a good price quote. The confirmation email was sent quickly. I was very happy with te service I received.

After making an on-line enquiry, I had a prompt call from Rachel (which I missed). This was followed up very soon with an email. Communication etc has been excellent, professional and polite at all times. The whole process from choosing the cruise and getting the deposit paid has been seemless. I have no doubt that I will book again with them. Can't recommend them enough.

I confess that I had not heard of Crui.se before I started searching for a European river cruise. After placing an online enquiry, Rachel called me and after going through some options offered to send me a quote and details. After a couple more calls, online and by phone I went ahead with our booking and am now looking forward to our trip. The advisors I spoke to were very helpful and friendly. Offered me a range of prices which were emailed to me ,as promised, very quickly. After a quick chat with Carley the river cruise was booked. Overall great service, hopefully the holiday will be as well!!!

I am a bit confused as I thought we were booking directly with Riviera. However, Crui.se were excellent. Good personal advice by phone, including prompt call back by Rachel with in-depth knowledge to ensure everything was tailored to what we wanted.

We booked a River Cruise with Riviera travel but our cruise information came via Crui.se. Our point of contact from then on seemed to be through Crui.se. Our point of contact was a young lady named Rebecca Mann who was excellent throughout. She went above and beyond on a number of occasions. I have medical issues which she dealt with giving me a stress free run up to my holiday. She arranged medical luggage allowance, specific seat allocation and much more. I cannot thank her enough for the level of service.

On my first call just to enquire the pice of the river cruise the call wa answered immediately by Rachel who was very informative without being "pushy". Rachel gave me the details and said that if I wanted to think about it she'd be pleased to answer any questions, she sent me an email with details of the cruise so that I could consider it at my leisure.
When I phoned back next day Rachel again answered immediately, found me a cabin and I booked the cruise. Great service.

My enquiry was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Rachel. All queries were resolved immediately, the details being presented with clarity, enabling the booking process for our river cruise to be finalised without any problems.
