I had an issue which was efficiently dealt with by Molly. I have been dealing with this pharmacy for a few years now and cannot fault them.

The clinicians are wonderful and so informative. The prescription is delivered within a couple of days and it's as described. An amazing service through out and would highly recommend them. 🤗

Curaleaf Pharmacy have been so thoroughly fantastic regarding my condition, and how best to use flowers to greatly reduce pain and suffering.

I had a very clear and careful consultation with Dr Alix Murphy today. She reviewed my progress and gave excellent information to help me make decisions about the next steps.

I then spoke to Jake in customer services to arrange a refund for a double payment - my fault, not the clinic’s - and he was marvellous. Very courteous and efficient.

My initial contact resulted in an online interview with Bushra who explained in detail what would be involved with my application for medicinal cannabis. The interview was reassuring and straightforward with all my questions answered and my fears allayed. It was agreed that gummies would be a good option for me, subject to internal agreement. The agreement was given and I subsequently received the gummies with full instruction on how to take the medication. I have subsequently found the gummies to provide a calming effect on my anxiety problems, long may my relief continue. Thank you Curaleaf and thank you Bushra.

Always delivered promptly and have had no issues with packaging or shipping whatsoever I’ve always been made aware of dispatch and always receive my medication next day if ordered early enough. I’ve had email messages back in regards to an order I placed and the prescription was unavailable as of purchase date my error, They corrected this problem an it was shipped as requested by myself via email to the pharmacy easily sorted out within 24 hours delivery on time !

I rang Curaleaf pharmacy to discuss an issue with my order, I was given an option for a call back which I found really convenient. Within 10 minutes, I was called back by a member of staff called Lynn. She was instantly able to reassure me with my order. Very friendly and cheerful. Great customer service!
