TERRIBLE communication phone lines and webchat!
The telephone lines kept cutting out, within about 20 seconds, and the webchat was non-existent. PLEASE look at sorting this Cutwell; apparently this is a 'known' problem. That said, the Customer Service colleagues were incredible and endlessly helpful, the website is intuitive and products are fantastic. I would happily give 5 stars if it wasn't for the technical communication problems.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I can see why you were fed up at the time. Phone lines cutting out and a dead webchat would frustrate anyone, especially when you’re just trying to get a quick update.
It’s good to hear the customer service team were helpful once you got through, and that the website and products themselves hit the mark. I know the technical issues you mentioned were being worked on around then, so hopefully things have been smoother since.

Poor communication
ordered tool online, website quoted 3 days delivery, chased 6 days later to bbe told not ordered yet should expect another 11 days wait plus 2 days carriage.

Thank you for leaving the review. I can see why you were annoyed at the time. When the website says three days, you expect three days, not to be chasing nearly a week later only to find out it hadn’t even been ordered yet. That sort of delay with no clear update is really frustrating.

Looked at this style for a while before purchasing. Price was very good as it was significantly reduced from RRP. Delivery from purchase also good. No nonsense with order/delivery/ price , looks like it will be a fine addition to my w/shop

Fast service but item was in envelope…
Fast service but item was in envelope that was not properly sealed, so thought an item had fallen out. No it did not it had not been sent but was not clear on paperwork
