Promising start but disappointing experience overall
Initial conversation was positive, polite and professional and was I advised there was a "reasonable" chance of success with my claim.
I was sent a 42 page agreement to review which I had to get amended on several occasions due to inaccuracies recorded by the call handlers. At one point I was told "not to worry" about the accuracy of the claim details, as that would be sorted as my claim progressed - this is despite it being a legal document and it was made clear in the early pages of the agreement to ensure everything was indeed accurate!
I received almost daily phone calls, text messages or voicemails hastening me to sign the agreement (despite being valid for around a month) and I had to advise on several occasions I would review at the weekends when I had more time available to do so.
I was advised I would be able to confirm and expand on all the claim details with a legal expert...but I never spoke to any legal expert, as they decided not to pursue my case within around an hour or so of downloading the photographic/CCTV I had submitted, and I was not given any opportunity to provide further info/evidence which may have changed their decision to proceed.
Overall a somewhat disappointing and unsatisfactory experience.

After having a cycle accident which was not my fault. Rang cycle SOS and put me in touch with fletchers solicitors who took on my case the team was professional and friendly would keep me updated with how things are going. Nearly a year on gets to call to say that i have a settlement figure. I agreed and took it was totally shocked with the offer i would recommend them to anyone thank you guys for helping me

Absolutely spot on , my life was made easy with the help from fletchers solicitors especially every one from the team where great but special thanks to Yasmin kilpatrick, who dealt with my case . they were true to there word and I recieved my payout. At the start I was given a estimate on arrival of payment and it was bang on date. Nothing bad to say at all.

Brought my case to a successful conclusion
I was knocked off my bike by a driver who didn't see me. After I called the incident line on the back of my Cycling UK card, Fletchers picked up my case, and dealt with it in a very professional manner, with lots of updates and brought it to successful conclusion. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again if I was involved another unfortunate accident. Many thanks to every one at Fletchers who helped me with my case.

Supportive, Open and Attentive
When you're involved in an bicycle accident, especially one you have no memory of, you ask yourself if it was your responsibility. Fletchers supported me from day one. They explained the process in an open manner and they collated all possible information their experience showed mattered from me and from the emergency services (even the Met Police - notorious for their slow responses). They were attentive, being sure to follow up on even the smallest of throwaway comments. I highly recommend.

Cycling accident involving a vehicle
Fletcher's Solicitors made everything about my compensation claim easy and clear. They were also alot quicker with things than I thought they would be. They were so prompt with communications and actions that it was actually me that slowed things down as I dont check emails so often.
I recieved a very satifactory compensation award, especially as I wasn't convinced I would get any pay out at all due to the nature of the accident.
i.e no hospital and police report. Just ambulance crew report and cctv footage.
I had an altogether positive experience with Fletcher's Solicitors and recommend anyone considering making a claim for a cycling accident involving a vehicle to employ their services.

I was involved in a bike accident and…
I was involved in a bike accident and needed a solicitor to represent me. Not knowing how to go about this I found Cycle SOS via a Google search. They kept me informed of the whole process, organised all the medical care that I needed and ensured I was compensated for all my losses and personal injury.
