I contacted cycle sos after i hit a pothole which was marked around in white paint . my colnago bike frame was written off . buckinghamshire road department were aware of this pothole . open and shut case . but cycle SOS would not help because there was not enough profit for them to make

I have been informed by my solicitor that I won’t be collecting my full award because the government have imposed a limit on the “costs” that can be claimed from the opposition.my solicitor has informed me that the cost residue can be claimed from my payout.in my case this is £952 which seems a lot considering the other side admitted liability,and I was not at fault for the accident in any way.VERY dissappointed with the outcome

I contacted Cycle SOS following a road traffic accident in which I was knocked off my bike by a car coming out from a side road. I damaged the meniscus in my right knee and ended up having keyhole surgery and physio to treat my injury. Thank you for your reply, my review was accurate in my opinion and if things had not been left to the last minute then a Barrister could have been engaged, you knew about the court case well in advance. You cannot get away form the fact that I was informed I had to contribute or face potential unknown charges.
