The composted woodchip is perfect! A true beauty to behold. No plastic or other nasties in the mix either (unlike some other suppliers), which is a relief.

A good company to deal with
Through no fault of theirs my order was delayed by a couple of weeks but through that time they kept me updated on progress. As before with the actual delivery the driver was courteous, helpful and good humoured which is a very pleasant change these days. On top of that, the product is good too.

Just great
This is the 2nd tonne bag of rotted manure I've had over recent months. Its a fantastic soil conditioner and for the area I need to prepare buying in bulk is the best way to do it. Ordering and paying on line is easy and with a voucher from my previous order made my recent purchase even more worth while. Dandys kept me informed every step of the way until the manure was delivered. Great product to use, great company to deal with, great prices and great service.

Nothing too much for Dandys. Their very pleasant driver willingly dropped our huge bag right on the spot at the rear of our large garden having to get some builders to move theire vehicles in the process. What a great firm.

Very Disappointed
Delivery and price was ok, my gripe is THERE ARE SO MANY WEEDS, NOT VERY ATTRACTIVE WHEN I’ve SPENT ALL THAT MONEY AND GRAFTED SO HARD. To be rewarded with a lawn of weeds. Complained to Dandy’s but they have NOT bothered to reply. Very disappointed with the product and Customer service. Note you have been warned.

I needed my topsoil on a specifict day…
I needed my topsoil on a specific day because I work full time and had booked the day off. I was worried because I couldn't leave a tonne of soil on the street if it didn't turn up and moving it would be no mean feat.
So I was delighted when it turned up at 10.30 and I could get stuck in with spade and wheelbarrow.
The soil was excellent quality and well mixed with no large clumps. It smelled very fresh and looks fantastic. I'm expecting great things to grow.

The product (topsoil) was a really high quality and the customer service was also great.
I would definitely use this company again. The only issue I had was the delivery company sent a lorry that was too big to get into my road and I only found out by getting into the tracking history. Dandy's were great and investigated the issue for me and came back with more detailed information about the redelivery.
