Good product, good service.
Jumbo bag of spent mushroom compost ordered. Delivery was prompt but no update from the delivery company on the day of dispatch. Contacted Dandy's who straight away sorted it out and provided a delivery time slot. Delivery driver helpful.
Very pleased with the quality of the product and I consider it good value for money.

Right from the off the telephone order was handled very quickly and efficiently and the specific requests I had on date and delivery were accommodated with maximum service and minimum fuss. The delivery was on time and the driver could not have been more helpful setting down the pallets where I needed them. The product, top dressing , is also excellent. I will be coming back to do more business with Dandys

Once I found this company and saw video how to put turf down I knew I will be able to do it.
Ordered on Tuesday and it was delivered on Thursday morning. We were so nice surprised with quality, the dark green colour of grass and black great quality soil. Great cut so took us around hour to do 20m2, and nothing was wasted.
I'm so happy with the look of garden. A few people though it's a fake grass at first because looks so perfect. I'm so happy. highly recommented

Very good communication from Katie via email. Delivery arrived in the early part of my delivery slot on a Friday which was a bonus. The Welsh topsoil I had order was great quality, just like it looked on the photo!

“Organic” veg soil ?
We had an issue with the soil, and the company responded really well, they listened, took it seriously and tried to sort things out. However, I still don’t think it is organic, as advertised. There are still a few tiny bits of plastic in it, which just shouldn’t be there if it is really organic. I’ve said I’ll obviously change my mind if they can provide me with evidence of their in-date organic certification, which needs to be re-done each year for it to be classified as organic. As we all know, big plastics break down into smaller plastics, and plant roots can and do absorb nanoplastics, and if present in the soil they can end up in your vegetables. Plastic in the soil also adversely affects how non-edible plants grow.
The people I spoke to were lovely, customer service was very good and delivery was excellent. I’m just still not convinced it’s organic.
