Poor communication of items in stock/out of stock
We did finally receive our order after a month. It was very frustrating as there was no communication that the items weren't in stock when I ordered and it wasn't until I reached out that I received any update. They did all arrive in good condition so my review is based on the communication or lack there of, vs. the actual products. I have ordered from Deluxe Bathrooms before and received everything in a timely manor so hopefully this is a fluke. It would be very beneficial to put any lead times on the website when ordering as I would have ordered sooner or ordered some items elsewhere if I knew there would be a delay ahead of time.

First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the delay with your order.
Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected delay from our supplier, which was outside of our immediate control. As soon as the stock arrived with us, we arranged delivery for the 23rd of February and ensured the order was delivered on that date using our own van to avoid any further delay.
We have attempted to contact you by both phone and email to confirm everything was received in good order, but we have not yet received a response. For our records, we would appreciate it if you could please confirm that you have accepted delivery. We also have images showing the products delivered to your site.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we would welcome the opportunity to resolve any outstanding concerns you may have

Took a trip out to Deluxe bathrooms and tiling solutions a few weeks ago with only a vague idea of what we wanted for our new bathroom .
Dealt with Marcus who spent time guiding us through our options and listening to our questions .
With Marcus help , we took delivery of everything we needed to remodel our bathroom a week or so later and now have our dream bathroom .
Couldn’t recommend deluxe bathrooms and tiling solutions highly enough and really appreciate the professionalism we were shown as we made our minds up about what we wanted from our bathroom .

I recently made an online purchase with deluxe bathrooms and through fault of my own, I ordered a shower set that included a valve, plus an extra universal valve.
Customer service were very quick to reach out to me via email, to clarify if I had intentionally made the purchase or if it was an unnecessary expense!
After a very helpful and considerate conversation, I was able to change my entire order, the problem was rectified and a refund issued over the course of a few hrs.

Don't bother if you expect your goods within 5 months.
We placed an order in early November for high-value goods and have experienced repeated delays ever since.
We were initially informed of a slight delay with a revised delivery date of 12 December. After hearing nothing further, I had to call to chase the order myself, which resulted in a partial delivery on 27 January. I was then informed that the remaining item would not be ready until March. That is a five-month wait from the original order date.
The delivery timeline has changed multiple times, and we scheduled works based on the dates provided by the company. These delays have caused significant disruption and additional costs.
Most concerning is the lack of communication. After formally raising the issue and requesting clarification and a resolution, I received no response at all.
For expensive goods, this level of service and communication is completely unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before ordering.

Unfortunately, our supplier experienced unexpected issues with their supply of the product you ordered. In December, we were informed that the item was out of stock and delayed until January due to manufacturing delays involving key components. When the product was eventually shipped to them, it was rejected due to quality control concerns.
We have since been advised of this further delay, and we are very sorry to have to share this news with you. Please know that these circumstances have been entirely outside of our control, but we fully acknowledge that we should have kept you better informed throughout the process.
We are currently exploring an alternative solution for you, and our Sales Manager will be in touch shortly to personally resolve this matter.

Great experience and delighted with our new bathroom!
We had a great experience designing our new en-suite and sourcing all of our bathroom ware with Deluxe Bathrooms in Cork. We dealt with Lisa who was so fabulous to work with, such a lovely person, knew her stuff so well (actually knew exactly what I wanted after about 5 minutes chatting to her!) and was brilliant with any follow ups we had. I am so delighted with the result!

I was let down at the last minute for…
I was let down at the last minute for items I ordered from a local store and my fitters were scheduled for the Monday, I ordered items online in panic that evening from deluxebathrooms and called the next morning to tell them I needed the items urgently. They said they would prioritise it and it was dispatched that day and arrived on the Friday so thankfully my job could go ahead.
I will buy from deluxe again in the future and would definitely recommend them after my experience.
