Terrible delivery service and no updates regarding the failure to delivery my package within 7 days as what it said when I ordered. Arrived 6 weeks later.

While the stated lead time is 2 weeks, during our ongoing sales and the Christmas period our warehouse experienced exceptionally high demand and a significant backlog. We also faced delays from our suppliers, which together caused the extended wait. Additionally, our team was closed from 18th December for the holidays, which further affected delivery times.

This company kept me up to date via emails. Honest about items that were not in store, and the estimated delays. The Camberwell 1000 wall hung vanity with sink is fabulous and of very good quality. Very good price too. I initially thought the delivery cost was a bit pricey..but for 3 large items delivered without issues..worth it. Thank you.

Great customer service
I ordered an item which turned out to be the wrong size and when I rang to see if I could return it not only did they talk me through the process but they also emailed me a replacement receipt. When they received the item they emailed me to tell me my refund would be processed in 3-4 days. It was a fantastic piece of customer service and I would not hesitate to buy from them again or to recommend them. 5 stars from me

Excellent Quality Products, but Not Sufficient Delivery
About the product:
Excellent quality Art-Deco style Tiles, exactly what I aimed to go for, the retailer's photos of the tiles, in particular: FS Star-N Black Patterned Tile 45x45cm Matt are very accurate and correspond to what the product looks like in reality: 5 Stars for the product and for the Dunlop Flexi Tile adhesive and BAL Micromax 3 Grout.
About the delivery and absence of updated information in the customer's account as of: 29/12/2025, it still reads: Order #18157 - on it's way: 10/12/2025.
The first attempt delivery, was far from how it should be carried out, taking into account, there is an extra charge of €75.00 and it's just for nationwide delivery within Ireland.
I had to contact the retailer few times to clarify as there was delay with the delivery, also asked to be given an exact day, and at least, a time frame, so that to be at home and prepared.
Overall, it was too long, I know it's a Festive time and busy, however, the order was placed by me on: 28/11/2025, in advance of Christmas time.
A delivery person rang me out of the blue, one day, on the week of: 15-19/12/2025 and said he was already outside my entrance, while I was being at work.
Normally, the pallet deliveries, furniture, large, fragile items are always delivered with a prior arrangement with a customer, I was surprised by such a dilettantish approach.
Anyway, after my interaction with a very polite and professionally acting man over the phone with the Galway store, I was then contacted back by the delivery company and given the day and a timeframe for: 22/12/2025.
I was dressed up and ready and called by the driver 15 minutes in advance that morning and received the pallet safely.

Unfortunately I would not recommend using this company. I had a terrible experience. Only half my items arrived and continously had to keep chasing the order up. I would be pressed return phone calls and never recieved them. I was told my items where in transit and they hadn't left the warehouse and it cost me another day rate to pay builders to come back. I asked to speak to manager and customer care and was told nobody available. I was told I would get s call back re my complaint and still have not. I will not be using them in the future

No notification of delivery and goods left on public footpath outside my garden
I didn’t get any notification that the delivery was arriving and it was left on the public footpath outside of my garden as no body was home when it arrived, with almost €2000 worth of goods and no one had signed for it either so it could have been left at the wrong address for all they know.

Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service. I waited several weeks for a delivery and was delivered the wrong item. I’ve emailed several times and called. All attempts to replace the incorrect item have been ignored.

Radio silence about missing tiles
I purchased a small number of tiles online, what I needed for my small kitchen, and opted to pick up as delivery would have been too expensive.
We drove 90 minutes each way to collect them (that's on us) and when I came back I realized a box had less tiles than I had ordered (representing 10% of my order). I immediately contacted them over email, followed up a week later, and now it's been two weeks that calls and emails go unanswered. Very disappointed.

While the showroom and staff are lovely…
While the showroom and staff are lovely and impressive. We ordered tiles and were told that they would be in in 4 week (expected) and 6 weeks, worst case. It turned out to be 9 weeks of waiting. Not only that, every time I rang, I was informed of various things, once I was told of they are here and will be delivered next day. No delivery. This happened twice. This kind of update was repeated on a few different occasions. Overall, we had to cancel plumbers, tilers and delay the moving into our home by a substantial amount of time. The tiles are divine etc, but the lack of clarity around delivery times, and the various broken promises means I will not use this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
