While the showroom and staff are lovely…
While the showroom and staff are lovely and impressive. We ordered tiles and were told that they would be in in 4 week (expected) and 6 weeks, worst case. It turned out to be 9 weeks of waiting. Not only that, every time I rang, I was informed of various things, once I was told of they are here and will be delivered next day. No delivery. This happened twice. This kind of update was repeated on a few different occasions. Overall, we had to cancel plumbers, tilers and delay the moving into our home by a substantial amount of time. The tiles are divine etc, but the lack of clarity around delivery times, and the various broken promises means I will not use this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

A very helpful chap on the telephone on…
A very helpful chap on the telephone on Friday 14th November located the item I wanted, a Burlington bath caddy, in the Deluxe warehouse in Dundalk and arranged that I could collect it from the warehouse the following day. This saved me a lot of time. The two men I spoke to in the warehouse on the Saturday morning when I turned up to collect the item were very helpful too. The bath caddy itself was exactly what I had been looking for.

Broken tiles received
A considerable amount of the tiles we bought were received cracked and broken.
Awaiting customer service to respond to my refund request
Edit: Refund paid for damaged tiles. Tiles unfortunately now out of stock so their original installation location is impossible due to not enough tiles. We will use them elsewhere in the house.
A disappointing experience and one that has delayed our project. Wont order tiles online in future

Issue sorted but it took months
In June of last year I bought the Deluxe Portobello Basin Mixer With Click-Clack Waste - the tap is lovely but the washer rusted by May and nothing seems to work to get rid of the rust. I sent an email to complain about the issue in May of this year along with an image an was told repeatedly that a replacement would be sent. I followed up a number of times but no replacement ever arrived. Very disappointing and frustrating to be strung along on the promised of a replacement for months. Very poor experience.
Updated to three stars as I've since received a replacement. Seems like the complaint genuinely slipped through the cracks. Happy it was finally sorted.

We are very sorry to hear that your free samples arrived damaged. We take great care in packaging all of our samples securely — each one is wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed to protect them during transit.
Unfortunately, when damage does occur, it is generally the result of mishandling during delivery by Fastway Couriers, which is unfortunately outside of our control.
We understand how disappointing this must be for you, and we will be happy to arrange for replacement samples to be sent out promptly. Please confirm the items you would like us to resend, and we will organise this for you.
