We have had a great experience with Deluxe Bathrooms. When we arrived at the showroom we had no vision of what we wanted, but Milan guided us through the process and was never pushy. We made several changes along the way and this was never an issue. When it came to delivery, they have been excellent and understanding when we hit unexpected delays and had to push our delivery dates. I would highly recommend, great customer service. Thank you Milan!

UPDATE - Emma in Deluxe Bathom was onto me following my experience and took over trying to get the issues resolved which im happy to say have now been addressed and sorted completely. In fairness to Emma she kept in touch with me via phone calls and did exactly what she said she woul do. She was very friendly and easy to deal with and i think it was just unfortunate that i didnt get to deal with Emma from the start. I would certainly recommend Emma in Deluxe bathrooms and following on from my pleasant dealings with Emma, I would be happy to order from Delixe bathrooms again. ........Would not recommend, ordered some items from this company online, when we opened the packaging on the bath, it was marked with black staining in a number of places, scratches and a chip gone out of the top ot it, contact them and was told to fill out the damaged goods form online, which we did immediately, 4 days passed and no correspondence, phoned them and was told someone would be in touch, another day passed before we got a call to say a courier would arrive on Friday to take the bath back and they would then process a refund, no courier arrived on Friday so I phoned and was told it would be Monday or Tuesday, still no courier so extremely frustrated at this stage I rang on the Tuesday afternoon, no real explanation, only someone would be in touch, they then contactd to say it would be Wednesday morning, I waited another day at home to be their for the courier and at 3.30, phone them again to say no collection had been done and another day of me reorganising my day had been wasted, was told they'd be be back in touch, got a phone call from someone else at around 4ish to say they'd be onto the courier company and that the courier company were getting in touch with the driver to confirm his collection time but it would be that day, well that day came and went with no collection again, extremely poor customer service, most correspondence done was at my end with no update from them unless I put in a number of calls. Very quick to charge for the items, now cannot get them to collect damaged goods or refund me. Certainly wont use them again and would definitely advise anyone else not to use them. Good customer service is not just about selling items, its about dealing with all aspects of the sale, especially when they are issues!

Firstly I was delighted with the initial service/ value received from Deluxe Bathrooms when I purchased Burlington sanitary ware. Secondly thanks to Emma in customer service for her help. Thanks.

Marta was superb, I needed to make some changes and she was really understanding and willing to help. Great experience with you all.

Still waiting for a unit that I ordered in June and delivery date has now been changed for the thrid time to the end of Oct. Disappointed at the long waiting time and waiting to sign off on new build with all items completed. New system change over meant that my order was not recognised and have had to chase up numerous times with some members of staff not knowing where to find the order. It has been frustrating!

I went to your showroom in Dundalk to order all the bathroom wear for my new home in Co.Cork. I was fortunate to meet Mark in your Dundalk showroom. His knowledge about bathroom wear and plumbing was invaluable from start to finish. He was able to advise from my drawings and measurements about what sizes of vanity units, sinks, toilets and showers would work best in my spaces. He also has a great manner with his customers and nothing was a problem for him to look into for me. A real asset to Delux Bathrooms! I did send a lot of emails & made phone calls to ask a lot of questions and he was able to answer all my queries in a timely & efficient manner. The goods were delivered in excellent packaging & nothing got damaged in transit. When the items were fitted there were a few minor problems with a radiator and a vanity unit drawer. I have been assured by Emma in accounts that they are looking into these issues and will be resolved as soon as she gets a reply from suppliers. I would highly recommend Delux Bathrooms for service & very good quality of products & value for money. Thank you Mark for all your knowledge & help. Mary (Co. Cork).

Excellent service from Marcus who was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful during our consultation. He made it very easy and the process was seamless. Goods were delivered on the time specified and with notice given as to when they would be there.

Great stock selection and showroom. Competitive prices but a terrible experience with delivery and subsequently with staff in trying to resolve the issue. I would avoid buying from here again after a very very frustrating experience.
