The team have been fantastic. The help when choosing tiles and bathroom fittings was superb along with the various follow ups and everything was delivered on time. Would thoroughly recommend Deluxe Bathrooms and Tiling Solutions.

I dealt with Marina and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She gave me a lot of time and guidance to pick the right tiles and accessories.

The team were lovely and very helpful on the phone when ordering tiles and we absolutely love them in our kitchen. Very reasonable compared to tiles elsewhere and it's nice to buy from an Irish company!

Product selection on website was easy , concise product description with measurements helped to find the suitable product. Straight forward ordering process for non registered customers was smooth and simple. The delivery was expedient and the packaging was appropriate for a fragile item. I was satisfied with the quality of the product as it was exactly what I was expecting.

Terrible communication! I have to keep calling and emailing to get updates and I still haven’t received my vanity till date .

There was no communication about dispatch, the driver only called when he was outside my door assuming there will be someone at home . Again all proper businesses send emails when orders are dispatched and/or shipped with shipping dates . The order has still not been delivered, no courier has gotten in touch and my emails have been getting ignored .

Ordered bathroom in May and our bathroom could not be completed until end of August. Combination of broken tiles, missed items. Lastly they said I owed them money after I had to pay someone more money for the extra work. I also never received my refund for an item that was discontinued. Highly disappointed as our first appointment was lovely but their aftersales was dire

I have ordered from here on three occassions. Last two times I had issues with them, but I'll focus on the last order for fairness.

I ordered my bathroom items during their Spring/Summer sale which stateded that items may not be in stock but allow for 2-3 weeks lead time.

Four weeks later no updates from them, which is when I called about my order. When you call them, you are talking to a person on the store floor who will know very little about the progress of your order. There is no designated customer service line.

It was explained to me that due to the sale, most items are delayed coming in from the UK, which is their supplier. They indicated that most items will be available soon but could not give a specific timeline.

Six weeks after the order I call to see on the progress, and they are unable to explain when I may get my order, again.

Eight weeks after the order they call me to say that they will deliver the next working day. It seemed that if I did not take the delivery date I will have to wait even longer. I was fine to accept the delivery date but the biggest problem with Deluxe Bathrooms is their delivery service.

Deluxe Bathrooms use an external delivery company which requires that all Deluxe orders are packaged on pallets ready to go on the truck. This means that your delivery will arrive all wrapped up in plastic sheet on a pallet and drivers will not help you with anything else, even lifting the stuff off the road onto the curb.

This may be standard practice, but plenty of times drivers have helped me unload equiplent and carry it to front door, at least.

Bathroom stuff can be heavy and if your by yourself or incapable of lifting heavy things there will be no one to help you. Their drivers do not care, I have a bad back and needed help moving this stuff 5 meteres off the road to front of my door, they would not help.

Waiting 8 weeks for my delivery was fine to me at this time but if your under time pressuer don't rely on this crowd. Deluxe actual delivery experience was the worst, for which I give the lowest rating, and that needs to change if you want to keep customers.

Figure it out Deluxe Bathrooms, part of shopping experience is the ease with which items are delivered and your are not makeing it easy for anyone.

My initial order of sample tiles was processed very promptly, but I never received a response to an email to follow up question which I sent to the sales team. Given that the tile which I selected was on sale and the time for the sale was running out, I eventually placed the order without a response for the sales team, and based on other advice from the internet. I find that very unsatisfactory.

Easy to place (very small) order, for delivery to Dublin.
Package arrived next day. Faultless.

Mark was so helpful and made sure that I had exactly what I needed for my tiling project. The tiles arrived promptly and completely intact. I would highly recommend this company.

This company is the worst to deal with. I called before I ordered and was promised the tiles would be available in time, which turned out they aren't and won't be for another 2 weeks (at least according to some of their staff). Now, that I cancelled the order by phone, email and their return page on the website, they have gone radio silent without refunding me.
I should have known better since I ordered tiles for my kitchen with them a few years ago and they delivered the wrong colour back then and it was a mega hassle to get the right colour in time for the tiler.
Customer service doesn't exist, I was promised a call back various times over the last 8 days. However, they do not call back or reply to emails and don't you dare ask for a refund they won't react on it. They may have lovely tiles, but working with them is a nightmare. Absolute disgrace!

The tiles I bought are of great quality. My only tiny complaint is that I was supposed to get notified when the tiles are ready for collection and I never got the email or text so after 3 weeks of no word I called and enquired and they were there all this time. Maybe a courtesy call or a follow up email would do. Nonetheless I am very happy with the purchase.

Ordered my slate shower tray. Prompt reply when I followed up date of delivery. The item arrived on time . Efficient service. I highly recommend !

I have 2 orders outstanding, one from 12th July and another from 23rd July, I have been stalled twice and don't even get any updates. If they come in one day, they will be returned, of course. Very bad service.
