Complaint rectified to satisfactory agreement

The company does not engage if issues arise with orders. I have requested cancellation of an order, and a refund, and they are refusing to engage and are withholding €4,000 that I paid them. Goods have not been shipped or delivered and legal rights are being contravened. Not trustworthy.

I recently after much research purchased an electric pump shower from deluxe bathrooms. It was advertised as a top brand electric pump shower it was purchased as an electric pump shower it was sent as an invoiced electric pump shower it was delivered as an electric pumped shower. After much confusion by qualified Irish plumbers and delay and expense of installing it is not an electric pump shower.
When I contacted deluxe bathroom they acknowledge and apologise for the error of their false advertisement false sale and falsely described product but will do nothing about it. I have reminded them of the Consumer Rights Act, which grants consumers the right to receive the correct item as described during the purchase.
I have also contacted the manufacturer of the world renowned brand of electric showers to let them know their products are being falsely advertised and marketed.
