Tooth Infection
On the friday 24/07/2026 early evening I was getting intense pain from one of my back teeth.
From the call to getting antibiotics was three hours.
Communication was A class kept in the loop from the start to the end.

Fairly quick turnaround on reimbursing…
Fairly quick turnaround on reimbursing my expenses however not all dental treatment is covered which I unfortunately found out after spending £3600!

I have always been terrified of…
I have always been terrified of dentists. I trusted Henny from North Walsham after having treatment from him. But then he retired. I was introduced to Pearl dental surgery. Wow, what a lovely man Daniele was and Charlotte was brilliant also. Danielle put me at ease straight away. And the hygienist and her colleague was great. Thank you so,so much.

Denplan were able to arrange emergency dental treatment in a very short time at a hugh quality dental practice, and subsequently dealt with the claims process rapidly and efficiently. Thoughtful and excellent work

I have only ever made a minimum amount…
I have only ever made a minimum amount of very small claims (less than £30) with this company but yet I feel everything is always getting questioned if it's not checking with my employer then it's contact to and thro with the dental practice (after I've provided what you have asked for). Then eventually I get reimbursed.
Obviously, you have your processes that need to be carried out but they need to be more efficient the current standard of service needs much improvement that said I won't be using Denplan again next year because of this.

Exceptional service
On the second day of a month long very busy holiday in the USA I broke a tooth and had to find a dentist quickly in Seattle. After a morning searching managed to get a repair the same day. Being the USA the dentist was very efficient but not cheap ! When back home I completed the Denplan claim form for overseas emergency dental treatment and included all the relevant receipts they requested. Within a few days I received an email confirmation that my claim had been paid in full. I am super impressed with their service.

I needed urgent dental care and was in the middle of a house move ….. Denplan took charge and found me an appointment nearby very quickly. Kept me informed all the time and provided all that was required . Excellent !!

I have been submitting claims the same way for several years: filling a form and attaching proof of payment.
Never had problems. Until the latest claim: done the same way and declined. Asked for additional paperwork to obtain from the dentist. For a check-up visit and £27.90 refund. Probably a new authoritarian manager wanting to make his mark. Not impressed.

Customer service line were super…
Customer service line were super helpful and they manage to call 16 dental surgeries in a short period of time, to find me an emergency appointment.
I am grateful and happy with the service they were able to provide.

I used the emergency dental service…
I used the emergency dental service from Denplan whilst away on holiday. I called in the evening and left a message and received a return call within the hour. As promised, the next morning they had rung around to find a dentist with an appointment slot, which was in easy distance of where we are staying. Well worth the additional insurance premium on my Denplan account. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.

Super, Caring service!!.... Cannot praise them enough!!... Whilst out of my home country, the staff did everything possible to locate a local dentist when I required emergency treatment....and kept in constant telephone contact with me, to update me....Thank you for all your help!!
