Initial difficulties overcome with great service
The paper wasn't available as expected and I had to wait over a week for it to be reprinted and sent to me. However, as much as it would have been good to know that from the website when ordering, the communication from that point on was faultless. Regular emails from the company kept me updated to the point of delivery. The paper itself is excellent, unique and of quality.

Thank you for your patience and feedback, Helen
We sincerely apologise for the initial inconvenience with your paper order not being available as expected. You're absolutely right that this information should have been clearer on our website at the time of ordering, and we're taking steps to improve our stock visibility to prevent this from happening again.
We're pleased to hear that our communication met your expectations once we identified the issue. Keeping our customers informed throughout any delays is a priority for us, and we're glad our regular updates helped during the reprinting process.
Most importantly, we're thrilled that you're happy with the quality of the paper itself. Providing unique, high-quality products is what we strive for, and it's wonderful to know we delivered on that front.
Thank you for your understanding and for taking the time to share both the challenges and positives of your experience. Your feedback helps us continue improving our service.

We're thrilled that you found our wallpaper to be great quality at such a competitive price - offering genuine value compared to high street retailers is something we're really proud of. It's wonderful to hear you were pleased with the quick delivery as well.
Thank you for bringing the refund delay to our attention. We apologise that you had to prompt us for the surplus roll refund - that's not the efficient service we aim for. We'll be reviewing our refund processes to ensure they're handled more promptly in future.
We're delighted that despite this hiccup, you'd choose to buy from us again. Your feedback about both the positives and areas for improvement is invaluable and helps us keep getting better.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we look forward to serving you again soon!
