Excellent quality and design
Excellent quality and design. 10/10.
The communication could have been better. When I ordered the system was showing as “in stock” however I had to ring them to see where my order was. I was told that they would have to print it. I had to make a second call to see where my order was only to be advised that when it was printed the colours were not correct so they had to reprint it. It would have been more professional if they had contacted me to advise of the delay and the reason for the delay.
Saying all that I was so pleased with my paper that I would use the again, as well as recommend them.
Thank you

Dear Judie,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback and for your wonderful 5-star review! We're absolutely delighted that you're thrilled with the quality and design of your order - that means the world to us.
You're absolutely right about our communication, and we sincerely apologise for not keeping you better informed during the printing process. We should have proactively contacted you about the initial delay and then again when we discovered the colour issue that required reprinting. This falls short of the professional service we strive to provide, and we're taking steps to improve our customer communication procedures to ensure this doesn't happen again.
We're so grateful for your patience and understanding, and we're especially touched that despite the communication hiccups, you'd still choose to use our services again and recommend us to others. That level of trust means everything to us.
Thank you again for your business and your honest feedback - it helps us continue to improve.
Kind regards,
Paul

Magical wallpaper
The wallpaper I purchased (La Rotonda, Scene I and Scene II) is absolutely gorgeous. I have had my eye on the this particular design for a while and noticing that it was in the sale prompted me to buy now even though I am not quire ready to use it. I am so glad I did as the real thing does not disappoint - it is magical, giving the impression of an old faded Italian villa. I purchased two rolls of one design colourway and one roll of the other - they are intended to work together. I am not covering the whole of the main bedroom with this design - less is more in my view. The effect will be as though the old house is peaking though. This is a theme in my apartment, which occupies the top floor of an old Victorian house with vaulted ceilings throughout.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review! It's wonderful to hear that La Rotonda has exceeded your expectations and captured exactly the magical, old Italian villa atmosphere you were hoping for. Your vision of creating the effect of an old house "peaking through" sounds absolutely inspired, and it's clear you have a real eye for design.
We love that you trusted your instincts and took advantage of the sale - sometimes the best purchases are the ones we make when we fall in love with a design, even before we're ready to use it! The fact that you've been admiring this particular pattern for a while makes it even more special.
Your approach of using "less is more" with such a statement design is spot-on, and we can already picture how stunning it will look in your Victorian apartment with those beautiful vaulted ceilings. The combination of Scene I and Scene II working together will create such a unique and sophisticated look.
Thank you for choosing our wallpaper and for being such a thoughtful customer. We can't wait to see how your bedroom transformation turns out - it sounds like it's going to be truly spectacular!
False stock levels, poor communication, disingenuous staff.
‘Next day delivery’ available on this item, ordered on the 4th of June.
It’s the 19th and still nothing. No email. No apology. No update. Just a reply to my query as to where my order was with a lie - “we left you a voicemail”. There is no voicemail facility on my phone.
Sadly, despite the good reviews, I won’t be back. It’s been shambolic from start to finish.

Edited to add:
Despite the reply from the business owner below apologising and promising better, I have since received communication cancelling my order due to the review I have left.
Incredibly unprofessional behaviour from a person who seems to be offended that a customer might expect their business to deliver on their promises.
“I dialled the wrong number” is their genuine reason for not getting in touch with details of the delay to my order.
Incredible.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback, Paul. As a small business owner working alone, reviews like this are incredibly valuable for helping me identify where I need to improve.
You're absolutely right about the communication issues with your order. Your wallpaper was showing as in-stock with my supplier when you ordered on June 4th, but required a special print run which caused the delay. I did attempt to call you but realize now I misdialed your number. The item is dispatching tomorrow (June 20th) as originally estimated.
Your feedback has highlighted important gaps in how I communicate when stock issues arise. Running a small business single-handedly means I sometimes make mistakes, and I genuinely appreciate customers who take the time to provide honest feedback - it's how I learn and grow.
You'll receive tracking information once the item dispatches tomorrow. Thank you again for helping me improve my service for future customers.

Beautiful paper you can’t accidentally put your fingers through.
Beautiful, thick wallpaper, easy to hang (I’m definitely not a professional,) trendy design . Prompt delivery, well packaged. I’ve tried a few different companies and been disappointed but totally satisfied with the quality and design of this one.

Cheapest website and promp delivery.
Very prompt delivery service and easy to use online website. I'd looked at this paper on other sites and designer wallpaper were the cheapest.
I am so pleased with the colour and pattern of my Nina Campbell Foret washable wallpaper. Everyone says how stunning it looks.
The only downside is the decorator found the pattern repeat to be very long and matching up the shorter pieces was tricky. This hasn't put me off rating the product 5* as the wallpaper looks great.
