I was having trouble with the online showroom and contacted their online customer service with a general question - Rebecca was quick to respond and solve the IT issue and had everything figured out within a day! Very pleased with their immediate feedback and support and solution found easily.

My sisters both ordered one of the brisdemaid wrap jumpsuits. One reason we did this is because they don't have swatches available for over half the colors. So to see the color in person you have to order it. These jumpsuits aren't available anywhere near me and I live in LOS ANGELES. Just to give you some context here. Also we needed to see if the jumpsuit would look good on a variety of body types that are in my bridal party. To our surprise these jumpsuits cannot be returned because they're are a "custom order". Apparently this can only be known from the small text on the screen that thanks you for your order. It basically says "if you want to return this item, cancel your order in 24 hours". Also not sure how any of these are custom orders since there's only a few different sizes available to order. Bad business model. Thanks for the 2 jumpsuits they now can't return!

The only complaint I have about buying a dress online from here is the sizing chart. According to the chart, I should have bought a dress size 00, which is two sizes smaller than I normally wear. I decided to buy a size 0, and I'm so glad I did. My dress was a very snug fit, and I probably would have been fine going with my usual dress size. Otherwise, I would recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered two dresses for my nieces who were acting as junior bridesmaids (although are young enough and small enough that we used dresses in the flower girl category). The color was exactly what I expected from the website, and they both fit perfectly, no tailoring needed! The dresses were also really great quality and came within the expected timeline.

In general, it would be nice if Dessy allowed you to order and return -- I was potentially interested in using one of the bridesmaid dresses as my wedding dress, but chose not to because the one I liked wasn't available there. I wouldn't mind this so much, but it's also fairly difficult to track down dresses in stores. One or the other option would be very helpful. All in all though, a great experience and exactly what's advertised.

You saved the day! One of my bridesmaids dresses didn't come on time. We found your twist wrap dress which looked like it would compliment all shapes and sizes based on how it was wrapped so we ordered them and got them within 2 days! They fit perfectly without alterations. Thank you so much!

The dress is very pretty and came a lot sooner than expected. The customer service was very nice and prompt answering questions. The sizing was a little confusing. I love that they had a size chart for you, but a lot of us bridesmaids fell in between sizes and it made it harder to choose. A few of us ended up either choosing a size bigger or smaller than we normally would have and it ended up being too big or too small. Other than that we are pleased with this purchase. :)

I am still waiting to receive the dress I purchased. It was supposed to deliver on Friday, September 22. As of Monday, September 25, I have not received it. It was shipping via UPS. UPS didn't even attempt delivery to my home. I only received notice that it was diverted to some market. The market was in a scary neighborhood that I didn't want to go into so I had it re-routed to UPS near my job. I can't rate the dress because I don't have it.

The dress fits very well. It seems to change color based on the lighting. This style has just the right balance of structure and flow. The material does seem a little bit cheap for the price of the dress. I was pleased that the dress arrived earlier than scheduled.

I was very behind on ordering my dress and it was such a relief that there were in-stock dresses available that could ship in 1-3 days. Unfortunately, two of the dresses I was interested in were sold out in my size. Rebecca helped me back order the dresses, explained the return policy, and made sure I would have what I needed for the wedding. She was so nice, and prompt, a pleasure to work with!

A very knowledgeable staff very professional very caring went the extra mile to get our dresses my wedding date is in Oct. The dresses arrived here sooner than expected which was a real benifit for me less stress & worry Vivian was so very very helpful she answered all my questions & promptly returned my e mails & phone calls she was excellent !!!
