Vivianne has been so helpful and patient with my questions. Their customer service is excellent and the swatches came very quickly.

Super disappointed :( I was very careful measuring and selecting my size, but the dresss arrived too small. Like, 2 inches too small. Now, since there are no returns, I'll be spending almost as much as I did on the dress itself just to have it altered. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Quick turn around on my order but I was steered in the wrong direction in terms of the size that I needed. I took my measurements and ordered a dress based on their measurements but communicated with a stylist regarding correct sizing, I was told it wouldn't hurt to order a size up just in case and when I received my dress it literally falls straight to the floor, it doesn't come close to fitting and will be a ridiculous amount to get fitted by a seamstress and possible ruin the look of the dress.

I ordered color samples and got the within 3 days.

I ordered 3 identical swatches (for purposes of sharing). One swatch was clearly a different shade. Was it the wrong color? A different dye batch? Or is there variation amongst the same colors (I hope not)? I hope the two of three are the right shade.... Either way, I was disappointed the colors were not consistent.

The fact that the fabric swatches were free of charge was amazing, but receiving them in a matter of days was even more amazing! It's still a shame you can't buy Dessy dresses online though...

I'm assisting my daughter finding groomsmen ties that match or coordinate with her bridesmaids dresses. This has been much more difficult than expected. I ordered 5 fabric samples and paid >$30 for overnight shipping which took 4 days. Then, after selecting a color, we find out that this color has been discontinued! If I could rate Dessy with a zero, I would. Could not be more disappointed.

Dress came on expected delivery date, and actually fit better than I anticipated! Extremely light material, came with a hanger, and a garment bag as well

The dress I ordered came out beautiful. The only thing I wish were different is that the bag that came to transport the dress in is only half the length of the dress so once I get the dress steamed, I have to fold it or squish it into the bag to get it to the location.

I have very much enjoyed working with Dessy to purchase dresses & accessories. My only small suggestion would be to replace "we'll advise when it's in stock" with a notice of discontinuation - as this would have impacted colour choices. I had been hoping to keep ones uniform but have found a close enough substitute.

The shoes I ordered are extremely cheap. They are made in China, do not fit properly, and hurt my feet. They honestly feel like cardboard. Also, the cheapest option for shipping is $12. I am going to return the shoes and have to pay additional shipping. The shipping charges cost as much as the shoes! I will NEVER shop here again.
