Fast service and very helpful! The swatches I ordered came quickly and really helped me to make a decision about my wedding colors! My bridesmaids will be ordering their dresses from The Dessy Group.

Got the dress very quickly and it fits like a glove!

The dress I ordered has pleating. The pleats are a mess! Frumpled, rumpled, wrinkled. It's a polyester dry clean only so I have no idea how to fix it. For $160 (after the discount) I expect the dress to be perfect. I will look awful at this wedding. Will never purchase from Dessy again.

The flip-flops I ordered for our daughter's wedding attendants we're very cute and each came with a little bag to put them in. Delivery was within a few days of ordering. The only bad thing was was that the original color I wanted was out of stock and was being discontinued so I had to pick a different similar color. I would order again.

this wonderful company had the product I need it which was beautiful, and mail it or shipped it and the exact time as promised and any questions I had and they were able to answer it really made me feel at ease about purchasing online thank you so much!

Ordered two dresses in 2 different transactions, the first was a special order and the second a clearance item, the first order delivered within the time window, and the second order I received in 2 days! The dresses are beautiful and well made. Will definitely recommend Dessy!

The information in your promotional email was incorrect and caused me to spend more money than I wanted to. I had to argue with one of your chat bots about it. I recommended that the wording in the email change to be the promotion that the chat bot said it was and it was never updated. A horrendous user experience. Also, you raised the price on the item I bought by $12 since I last looked at it two months ago. Will never do business with dessy again.

I had such a horrible experience with this company. They never sent me an order number, just a confirmation of receipt of order. They never sent me notification that it had been shipped, or any tracking information. Two months after I placed my order I requested information on its status and whereabouts (as I had paid extra for Fedex Express rush 6 week delivery) and I was told it had been attempted delivery by CanPar (not Fedex) and gave me a wrong tracking number and basically told me it was up to me to find it. I eventually did find the dress, and the color is not at all what is on the website (I ordered burgundy but it is a bright red color), and the sizing: I gave them my measurements, they told me to order a 4, I ordered a 2, and it is HUGE (and trust me I am larger now than I was when I ordered). So now I have to spend a fortune getting it completely altered, and wear the wrong color as the Maid of Honor. Thankfully the Bride is understanding, however, I am furious with The Dessy Group. Furious.

Super easy to order. So happy it was a easy way to order swatches to take a look at what the color would look like.

Very helpful and arrived promptly. The swatches were only attached to the card at the top so I could hold them up in the light too. Great!

Just received dress which will not zip, need to have it altered 1-2 sizes for more money and I had professional measurements and used the sizing chart to order, does not fit true to description

They had a wonderful selection of swatches available and with their special of offering 5 for free, it was a deal I couldn't resist. I was able to decide on the purple and pink I wanted thanks to The Dessy Group.

Got my bridesmaid FREE dress color samples quickly and seeing color in person so helped me select my beautiful pink! Love Dessy designs at affordable prices.

I contacted the Dessy Group to request advice on selecting the dress size for the style. Based on my measurements, the specialist recommended a size that is way too large for my chest, hips, and even the waist. I'm disappointed that I'll need to spend the additional costs to get the dress altered. Also disappointing is the cost of the dress, for what is essentially just a bunch of polyester.

I've been in two weddings this year, and this was by far the WORST experience I've had. I went to the Dessy NYC showroom. It took two months for me to get an appointment (requested in March; appointment in May). I followed the procedure and requested dresses to be pulled and provided my size. When I got to the showroom, non of the dresses were int he size I requested and this information wasnt provided to me before I got there. The person assisting me was very demeaning, fat shaming, and outright unhelpful. She then gave me information for the incorrect dress and I had to order the dress online. This was a horrible experience.

Just got my daughters dress. The dress is gorgeous, and arrived before schedule. Vivianne Hamilton was a pleasure to work with and very helpful in making sure the dress was here in time.

The dress arrived wrinkled to my home. The quality of the material is very poor (and looks like tin foil) and not worth the $200 spent. I will not be purchasing from here again.

This dress was terribly made; the stitching was crooked, the fabric was cheap, and only had one bra cup sewn in. Despite taking my measurements it was still too small and barely had enough fabric in the seems for seamstress to fix it. After spending almost $200 on the dress, I had to spend more then the dress cost to make it fit and look attractive. I am very disappointed.
