I ordered my dress based on my measurements and when the dress came it did not fit. I had to take it to countless alteration shops...before finding someone who could take it apart, add fabric and completely redo the dress..because it was not made correctly to begin with. After paying 300 for this dress.. I had to kick out another 180 for alterations. I could have bought a whole new dress. The bust was too big ... and the back dimensions were not the same from the bottom of the zipper to the top. It was a disaster...I will never purchase from this company again and will make sure to let everyone I know to avoid them also..

Finding multiple colors for fabric swatch sales was a little difficult. I tried clicking on the "Fabric Samples" tab and that didn't really take me where I thought it would. It was only once I was on a specific dress and clicked on "Order a Fabric Sample" did I get to the right place.

The site was easy to order on! My dress came faster then expected and it fit beautifully with the measurements that were provided!

Wir sind mehr als unzufrieden mit dem Service. Meine Frau hat Mitte Mai zwei Kleider bestellt. In den FAQ´s sowie in den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen steht, dass man gern mehrere Kleider bestellen kann. Es gibt die Möglichkeit die Kleider auch wieder innerhalb von 30 Tagen zurückzusenden und man würde das Geld wieder rückerstattet bekommen (lediglich das Porto muss selbst getragen werden!).
Meine Frau hat nun ein Kleid behalten und das andere wieder zurück gesendet. Nach etwas 1 Monat haben wir uns dann bei Dessy gemeldet, und gefragt, wo denn das Geld bleibt. Uns wurde gesagt, dass wir das Geld wieder auf unsere Kreditkarte gutgeschrieben bekommen! Leider ist bis heute nichts passiert, so dass wir zwei Kleider bezahlt haben, zudem noch Portogebühr in Höhe von € 20,-- aber lediglich nur ein Kleid haben! Das ist ein super Geschäft für Dessy aber für uns sehr, sehr unbefriedigend! Ich rate allen dazu, sich keine Kleider bei Dessy zu holen, denn der Service ist alles andere als gut!! Nie mehr Dessy!!!

Sizing chart was a bit odd. I had to return the dress as I was unable to zip it up. I usually wear a size 4, ordered a 6 using the size chart, and was not able to wear the dress.

Free returns would be nice.

A swatch of fabric cost me £17 including postage! After paying over £500 on two bridesmaid dresses I find it shocking they don't supply bridal shops with some swatches for paying customers.

They were pretty helpful in trying to find bridesmaids dresses. Could be a little more proactive. We wanted a specific color, but the girl helping us failed to tell us they style we wanted didn't come in that color until the end of the appointment.

I am very very pleased with the service from The Dessy Group. I want to first say a big THANK YOU, because I previously had reservations to purchase any dress from The Dessy Group due to reading multiple negative reviews; but I still took the chance and said let me give them a try. I also was fortunate to reside in the same state and was able to visit The Dessy Group showroom; which was an advantage, since all of my bridesmaids were able to try on their dress. The packages to all 6 of my bridesmaids took a total of 6 weeks for the dresses to arrive with a request for a rush delivery. I was very pleased to have the dress arrive one week earlier than the scheduled delivery time. Another A+ grade The Dessy Group received in my book is their precise packaging. One bridesmaid opened her package to find the dress neatly provided with a sturdy hanger, along with a garment bag to store the dress in. I am beyond satisfied and soooo happy I did not listen to the negative reviews on the website. Thanks so much Dessy Group. You all are great and was able to put my worries to the side.

We ordered color samples. They were delivered in a flash.

I cannot recommend the Dessy Group enough. I placed an order which I later realized I had picked the wrong colour. I emailed and Rebecca Cagnoni changed my order and then had it shipped. The order was received yesterday and I am thrilled with it. I have ordered my bridesmaid dresses from the Dessy Group also. I cannot commend Rebecca and your team enough. I had absolutely no problems with our transaction. The reason for the 4 star rating rather than a 5 star rating was the shipping costs.

I found this website because when I order my dress for my daughter wedding from a department store it was a little small and to short. I am so glad that I found this website. When I received my dress from them I felt in love with all over again. I got my dress sooner then they told me and that was a plus. I got extra 5 inches to my dress and that was a plus also. And the wonderful thing they was doing was emailing you about your order and I also gotten a thank you postcard for shopping with them. Things like this makes a person come back and tell people how good they are
