I ordered a bridesmaid dress that was in stock and it arrived to my door before the end of the week. I was worried that it might take longer to come into Canada but it was so fast and they sent me updates on tracking which was really helpful.
The dress is exactly what was expected... I'm 7.5 months pregnant and will have delivered my baby 2 weeks before the wedding... the dress fits now with room and stretches (thank goodness) and because I can tie it any way that's comfortable I'm so confident in how it'll look the day of the wedding.

Size chart is incorrect. Dress doesn't even zip!

I searched all over and finally found beautifully made flower girls dresses from Dessy. I would definitely buy from them again !!

Took too long for sample to arrive. Said 1-3 business days. Ut arrived after 5

The material feel extremely cheap & stiff. The fit feels off & will most definitely need tailoring/re-structuring. I am a sample size 2. However, delivery was relatively fast & color was as expected.

From the amazing number of options (it is borderline overwhelming)--in style, color AND price, all three of which are VERY important--to their absolute kindness and willingness to help--in person or on the phone/via email--my experience with Dessy has been nothing but amazing. They fit me in for a last minute frantic try-on session, they sent me home with an amazing number of swatches, they listened to my rambling concerns that only a person in the bridal industry would understand (and they helped me talk through every possible contingency), and it was a true pleasure working with Dessy and I am pushing every bride I know in their direction. I have been a bridesmaid more times than I can count, and usually these sort of "mass" "international" bridal shops convince the bride to use them for all sorts of amenities, and then are absolute monsters to the bridesmaids once the bride is out of the loop (cough, cough, Bella Bridesmaid). I hate nothing more than the pressure to "order together" so we are the right dye lot, and the "you have to order from us, even though our price is 10% higher and covers NO alterations" racket. Also, every time I have gone to try on a bridesmaid (without the bride present) I have been rushed in and out of the store, ignored when I had questions or concerns, and pretty much been made to feel like a burden/second class citizen. It was a whole new experience with Dessy and I am so grateful Being a bridesmaid is a big commitment and it is hard to feel like, "I need attention!" when it is really all about the bride, but Dessy made me feel valued and helped me find a dress I love in a price point that was amazing. Also, the constant sales are HUGE because they allowed me to wait until a discount was offered before pulling the trigger on my order, helping even more with my price point. Basically, I LOVE YOU GUYS!

Not a fan of designers not letting dresses be returned or exchanged. If they are so "custom" why didn't they ask for my exact measurements?!

the fit was very good, but color was very different from the description and photos.

Overall the dress is really nice, the ruffles at the top came aren't even unfortunately so if steam doesn't fix it I'll need to have it fixed while being altered.

Overpriced and the quality of the fabric is poor. Feels like thick cheap polyester. Slow turn around time with unclear return instructions.

Do not like the poor way they communicate and pay attention to clients! Their return policy is the worst'

I had a really easy time ordering Bridesmaid dresses through this site. They lose one star because the fit of the dresses were. It totally representative of the expect sizes. Even though we followed the size guidelines for each dress, most were smaller and way longer than expected. Nothing that a little alteration couldn't take care of though.

Awesome experience! Dress came exactly how it was shown on the website and was shipped and delivered in 3 days! Would recommend this site to everyone!

Ordered my bridesmaid dress colour swatch. Very fast delivery and the perfect size. I can't wait to see my bridesmaid dresses from Dessy! Beautiful, lightweight and very flattering! Five different body styles and all of them love the dress they are ordering! Looking forward to more great experiences!

I wanted a clip on bowtie, the kind that has metal clips on both sides of the tie that attach to the shirt collar. I have two or three of the regular kind which is why I am returning the tie you sent me.

Dresses were pretty and on time. Well made! and the customer service is excellent!
