Great. Easy.

Overall, dessy was better than most bridesmaid dress experiences, but it's hard to get it perfect. Would be willing to repeat with them given improvements over other competitors.

Sizing runs large. I ordered one size down from what my measurement required and still big. Also sized for tall women, well above average height... If you're 5' 9in this is great, if not, proportions, waist and neckline are in the wrong place slightly.

Colors could be better represented online. Because they don't actually photograph the colors, just paste in digitally another color, ours was quite different than pictured. Higher definition here would be helpful.

Finally, overall quality was a bit disappointing for the price... all polyester, fabrics don't feel nice... but the simplicity of the process makes up for that somewhat.

Great online shopping experience. I like how each dress has specific measurement tips and that there's the "in-stock" option. Colour and fit were true to what was advertised online. Online support got back to me in good time and my dress reached me within a week of ordering it, with all the info required in the event I wished to return it. It was nicely packaged for delivery and I definutely appreciated getting the additional garment bag.

It arrived on time and looks and fits beautifully! I was nervous buying a dress online, but I'm very happy I did!

I paid $200 for a dress that I can't get the zipper up or down on without a lot of manipulation. Heaven forbid I should try to dress myself! Also, it has a scalloped neckline, which looks beautiful in theory, but when I got it, it was so loose and bunchy that it looked ridiculous. I will have to spend more money on alterations.

Not quite the dark shade of red I saw online.... Disappointed.

Too bad there is not a zero star option. I emailed them and they never bothered to reply. Ordered two flower girl dresses and store ordered the sash in wrong color. When they told Dessy they said "No Problem" we will replace the sash! WRONG ANSWER. The sash is SEWN INTO THE DRESS. They sent out 6 yards of ribbon to each girl. When we called to tell the store that the ribbon was useless Dessy REFUSED to replace the dresses with the correct sash even though we are still four weeks out to the wedding. Said there wasn't time. THEY should have told the store that replacing just the sash wasn't going to work and now THEY claim there isn't tim to replace (of course they could if they want to). Store said not to blame Dessy but they KNEW that was no fix. How can you be in the bridal business and care so little about brides being happy with what they get. Wish I had seen all these negative reviews in advance. Now we are stuck with something we didn't want and it is beyond unacceptable. Funny how they can rush orders but can't fix mistakes.

Product was exactly as shown on the web page. Easy to place order. Quick delivery.

Completely different dress than what I ordered and terrible quality. Sizing was wayyyyyy off. I emailed them to let them know I wanted a refund and was told that they don't refund the special line of dresses. Such a scam. Be so careful before ordering from these con artists.

Dressy was great. Rebecca C was very attentive and went above and beyond to get the dresses ordered and ready in a very short timeframe. Truly blessed to have had Rebecca and Dessy.

I was not impressed or happy with the dress. The zipper continues to snag on the fabric in the same place. I'm going to have to take it to tailor to see if they can fix this problem as I'm afraid it will eventually rip the fabric.

Rush shipping is not as advertised. When dress did arrive it was smashed and wrinkled.

Dresses take forever to ship. Do not accept exchanges which is baffling for an online company where you can't even try on the dresses.
I had a dress that did not fit so I had to reorder it again therefore paying double and waiting another 9-10 weeks.
Bad customer service. Customer support reps don't reply

Ordered earlier this week and I received my swatches the same week. Fast shipping loved it!

Beautiful dress. Fits well though will need hemming. Never ordered dresses online before and was worried I'd get the wrong size since everything I tried in stores the size varied with the style. I'm very pleased

I am very impressed with the quality of this dress. For the price, it is absolutely amazing. I was considering having it remade in a nicer fabric but when it arrived, I decided there was no need. It's perfect as it is. Thank you.

I didn't get a shipping email notifying me that my dress had shipped. I was out of town and my $250 dress sat outside my house for probably 2 or 3 days. Thankfully it was not stolen but easily could have been. If I had known it was arriving I would have had someone stop by to take it inside. When you are paying this ridiculous amount for a dress you should AT LEAST expect communication on shipment and arrival date, but none of that occurred. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This was terribly made dress and I can't believe I spent $250 on it and it is non-returnable. Now I have to buy another dress for the same wedding.
