Unpleasant customer service experience and unprofessional, with passive aggressive undertones. Would not recommend Perth office and representative. On retrospect it was a good thing this happened, so that I didn't spend my money with her.

Confusing and unprofessional
Earrings were offered as princess cut. After two days they announced the earrings would be "crafted" for us. After 7 days no further information. I followed up to ask for an update, no reply on email. After 10 days an email, the earrings would have been mistakenly crafted with round cut. On following up again a new message came out that the earrings were crafted already as round cut and were wrongly displayed on their website. Confusing and unprofessional. Buying diamonds over the internet from companies that I do not know requires a good sense of trust and judgment. Many things went fatally wrong with this order. I am in serious doubt on this company.
