Wir haben eine Wohnwand/ Bücherregal nach unseren Plänen anfertigen lassen. Sie sieht einfach wunderschön und sehr exklusiv aus. Kompetente Beratung und Begleitung von Raffaele von der Anfrage bis zum Kaufabschluss. Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert und jederzeit wieder.

Ich war auf der Suche nach einem Tisch aus Schmelzglas und habe mich mit einigen Fotos ähnlicher Möbel an Diotti gewendet. Wurde dann sehr kompetent von Raffaele beraten, der mir geholfen hat, ein passendes Modell zu finden und dieses auf meine Wohnung massfertigen zu lassen.

Während der Produktion wurde ich regelmässig über den Fortschritt informiert, und die anschliessende Lieferung war reibungslos. Trotzt Angabe als "Lieferung bis Bordsteinkante" half mir der Speditionsfahrer, die schwere Tischplatte in die Wohnung zu tragen, sehr nett :)

Kann ich sehr weiterempfehlen, speziell da keine Sprachbarriere besteht und die Beratung schnell und zuvorkommend ist!

Der Tisch sieht übrigens auch super aus ;)

This is for a 4-door sliding wardrobe ordered online from Greece. Diotti.com has a good online range of wardrobes and options to customize. The quality of the materials is very good and sturdy. Unfortunately, my experience with the shipping and delivery was very poor. I wasn't informed that my order had been shipped, and despite being told by the delivery company (which I had to call four times) that the curbside delivery - that diotti offers as the only option - would be on the pavement, the delivery person refused to unload it. It's surely not his fault that he wasn't given the appropriate equipment to unload the wardrobe, but it appeared to be a take it or leave situation for me, not quite pleasant for an order of this size for which, I was neither told that I would need to unload myself, nor I could have, even if I had been told. I don't think that there is any indication that one needs to be a heavy weight lifter to buy a wardrobe online. Also, a very small part of the order wasn't delivered, with only half of the rods being shipped and the respective selves not having holes. This doesn't make the wardrobe non-functional, but it limits the options. It's a pity that as a customer I spent so much money and effort but I only got a fraction of the services I would have if I'd ordered from a physical store.

In relation to customer service, Natarsha has been very helpful and patient. I'd appreciate if I hadn't had to manage the significant disadvantage and difficulties I was faced with, simply because diotti doesn't offer services that are relevant to its clients. The job of ordering a wardrobe cannot end with the order. Shipping, moving and installing it are all part of it. It'd be significantly less stressful if add-on services were offered, so that customer experience can be less problematic. I do understand that what was problematic, stressful, and didn't work well in my case was not directly because of diotti. Still, the particular shipping company was not my choice. If you order a wardrobe with sliding doors from diotti and you aren't based in Italy, there may not be any support for the delivery, moving items to house or the installation, I hope you don't have to climb on the truck to get the items yourself. So, if I may offer an advise, it'd be to ask and get very very specific information in writing about what happens after shipping from everyone involved. Diotti will be available to assist, even though it'll depend on local factors what can be resolved. And, about online shops, my view is that for a company, aiming to offer an experience of equal quality, breadth, options, and efficiency to all customers independently of whether online or in a physical store is a very helpful objective to have as a starting point.

I'm absolutely thrilled with both the products and the excellent service I experienced at diotti.com.
I ordered several items: a Messico sofa, a large glass display case and a Julius mirror with a shelf.
From the very beginning I was receiving great advice from Natarsha, which was invaluable since everything was ordered remotely without me being able to see and experience the actual products. Natarsha counseled me on the colors and types of fabric, even on the paint for the Julius shelf.
And, since I was under time constraints - the furniture had to be delivered to France by a firm deadline (I was leaving to fly back to the US), Natarsha and the diotti company accommodated my request, even though one item was not yet ready and will be shipped separately when I'm back in France.
Thanks to great product quality and outstanding service I now have a beautifully furnished apartment. I cannot recommend diotti highly enough, especially if you are furnishing your space remotely from a distant location. Eva Page - a very satisfied customer.

Du début jusqu’à la livraison j’ai été accompagnée par Marck et nos échanges ont été très constructifs.
Marck est toujours à l’écoute du client. Il gère avec rapidité et efficacité la moindre question posée (et il y en a eu une beaucoup)

Die Unterstützung von Bestellung bis zur Lieferung war einwanfrei. Zuvorkommend und geduldig alle Fragen beantwortet. Aiuch die Herausforderungen durch und mit der Spedition sind gelöst worden.

Abbiamo scelto Diotti per la seconda volta, due anni fa avevamo fatto gli armadi delle camere e questa volta abbiamo arredato la sala con la libreria a parete ed altro elementi. Per entrambe le volte ci siamo affidati a Jessica: disponibile, puntuale, professionale, capace di accogliere dubbi e richieste con flessibilità. Menzione speciale anche al servizio di montaggio: veloci, precisi, cortesi e ordinati. Come area di miglioramento, riteniamo sarebbe utile avere un sopralluogo da parte di Diotti prima di mandare in produzione l'arredamento soprattutto se si tratta di strutture grosse e a parete perché basarsi sulle misure prese dalle persone può essere rischioso e soprattutto poco funzionale alla resa degli spazi.

Esperienza molto positiva.
La visita in showroom mi ha aiutata a chiarire davvero la direzione del progetto e a comprendere meglio materiali, proporzioni e finiture dal vivo.

Un ringraziamento speciale a Elena e Aldric per la disponibilità, la pazienza e la capacità di accompagnare l’evoluzione del progetto con attenzione e sensibilità estetica.

Apprezzo molto il fatto che il percorso non sia stato rigido, ma costruito ascoltando esigenze, atmosfera desiderata e ricerca di equilibrio tra funzionalità ed eleganza.

Non vedo l’ora di vedere il risultato finale una volta completata la consegna e il montaggio.
Sarà un piacere aggiornare la recensione con alcune foto del progetto terminato.

In occasione dell’acquisto di un nuovo appartamento ci siamo affidati dopo qualche anno a Diotti seguiti dalla bravissima Flora. Non solo telefonicamente ma anche in persona ci ha sempre consigliato bene e siamo rimasti assolutamente entusiasti del risultato. Sono estremamente precisi e si appoggiano a validissimi montatori il tutto con prezzi assolutamente migliori rispetto alle opzioni che avevamo sondato. Personalmente se abbiamo necessità di mobili non perdiamo altro tempo e andiamo diretti da Diotti.

SIte très sérieux, du module de commande très précis et informatif, au suivi de la livraison, et également me concernant pour l'accompagnement du SAV et de mon interlocuteur Marck, parfaitement francophone, qui a permis une résolution rapide d'un souci pourtant non négligeable lors de la réception de la commande.
Ca fait plaisir de voir que le service est à la hauteur de la qualité des meubles commandés.

I bought several times from diotti.com. All shipments went abroad with the promised delivery times always adhered to. The quality of the chairs and tables were excellent and the service was outstanding. The customers service officer went above and beyond to help me when I had an issue with the freight forwarding company in Germany as well as with reclaiming VAT. Highly recommended 5*
