Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. I made a mistake on my email and wondered why I didn't get a confirmation and also I selected deliver when I wanted to delay collection from a branch. Called up Andrew Hatton sorted within 1 call - collection was made - flooring has been laid and its beautiful. Will definitely use again I got Virgin Scandi Larch.

Thanks for very long wait for a reply you say the delivery delay wasn't acceptable I was told 27th August didn't get delivered until 29th August there was a 2 day time delay of the delivery Delivery only happend on 29th August because I had to phone twice over 2 days I'm asking for a partial refund for the delivery charge as there was an extra 2 days delay I had to wait no update no second email with delivery date as web site advertising this waited 48 hours no update I only got an up date as when I phoned in first told be delivery net day it wasn't so next day second phone call be told again net day no good communication from this company

Was in the Kilmarnock branch today and when we arrived there were 2 guys standing outside smoking, when we went into the store one of the men nodded and continued to use his mobile phone, I eventually asked the young man for a quote to which he mumbled and kept looking at his phone, when he took my size's and walked to the office area, he came back handed me a slip of paper and said ,you pay the joiner in cash, We left feeling that this was an outfit who had no customer service and pointing out about cas made me feel if anything had gone wrong with fitting i would have no recourse, never going back there

Sample was delivered next day phonecall was answered immediately and all information needed was given clearly

Poor communication
No confirmation email to confirm order, no delivery notification, angry delivery driver as I wasn't home to expect delivery. Was just left outside front door. Pretty avoidable if had some communication from you.

They lied…
I was told by the city centres shop that they had no stock and I had to drive 30 mins to another direct flooring, only to be told the city centre shop had 80 packs of flooring in stock and they were lying. I also put down the flooring which didn’t seem the best quality the click mechanism seemed flimsy and would break off.

lack of communication, had to remove off a pallet and handball it myself.
Also try to cancel order when placed it... But no reply until received my order, which I had no email to say was coming or what time etc. I had to ring up to get update or see if order gone through?

I ordered flooring from Direct Flooring before I’d bought my new home. They were brilliant about me buying a couple of months early and then hanging on to it for me until we need it. Thank you so very much for doing that. Id recommend them to everyone.
